A Message of Peace and Preparation for 2012

As we near the end of 2011 and look towards 2012, our world‘out there’ seems increasingly vulnerable and fragile. Everywhere people are beset withchallenges. For many the future looksbleak and hope seems far away.

The words that follow do not come from me, Judy. They come from the Elohim and the Councils ofthe Star nations within this 12 dimensional energy matrix that also encompassesour present third dimensional Earth.

‘The Earth was once a fifth dimensional planet called Tara. As part of aDivine Plan to assist the Earth to reclaim fifth dimensional status, manybeings of light volunteered to come to Earth to assist this planet and herpeople forward. They came in thebeginning, in the time of Zep Tepi, the first times, from Pleiades, Orion,Sirius and other star systems that resonated with the Law of One and with Godconsciousness. Once here on Earth theywere trapped within the Earth’s gravitational fields and duality and werecommitted to live out many cycles of life in this dimension.

Over time, many forgot their origins, or why they had come tothe Earth and they began to identify with Earth’s duality. They found it hard to connect to the voice ofGod within. Others tried in vain to holdthe Light and were punished and condemned, taking into their energy fields,fear and uncertainty. Then there werethose who against all odds held fast to their inner truth and the guidance ofthe soul. They innately knew that therewould come a time when Earth would be redeemed and prepared by the Elohim, theCreator aspect of God, to return once more to fifth dimensional status andvibration.

That time is fast approaching.

If you are readingthese words and you feel an energy of truth, then you are one of those souls starseeded here on this planet to assist the Earth through this transition.

My role is to help you succeed in your soul’s purpose, tohelp you do what it is that you have come to do to help the people of the Earthevolve in consciousness and ascend.

Since 1997 I have been trained by the Elohim and others ofthe Spiritual Hierarchy to speak a spiritual Light Language, very fastfrequencies of sound and light that are designed to clear energy distortionfrom the cells and energy fields of the body, prepare the body to hold fifthdimensional frequency, activate soul memory and ability and reconnect andactivate the 12 strand DNA potential that is our birthright as beings createdin the image of God.

The reconnection to a 12 strand DNA potential will give youthe capacity to enter into galactic communion and galactic life.

The star Lyra is a 12th dimensional stargate. It is the ‘ place of beginning and the placeof becoming’ for all souls on the Earth. What this means is that we all originally passed through an energyportal, the Stargate of Lyra from higher dimensions and probably lived manylifetimes on other planets or star systems before coming here to Earth.

Some of us came in the beginning of these four great cyclesof time that are now coming to a end, around 100,000 years ago, and some of usare new souls on the Earth. If you arerelatively new here, you have come for a definite purpose, although you mightnot know yet what this is.

You might feel that you don’t belong, are depressed, or feelout of place and don’t fit in. You mighthave telepathic or psychic abilities that frighten you or that others havetried to damp down or deny. This particularly applies if you are young,under the age of 30, as you have come here to Earth already open to a highervibration of light. Don’t worry, youjust need to wait until the Earth and everyone else catches up to yourvibration. Then you will feel much moreat home here and understand why you have come.

I have asked by Spirit to transmit recreation energy that isdesigned to help the body reprogram and re-pattern as our world moves from an old energy andconsciousness to the new energy of a fifth dimensional Earth. This energy is transmitted through my handsand voice as very fast frequencies of sound and light, energy ‘words’ of newcreation.

From October 2011 the Elohim, the Creator aspect of God hasbeen transmitting energy codes of re-genesis and I have been making thisinformation and energy available to people monthly on the Full Moon, eitheremailed to my database, or available free of charge on my website home page, www.TheSoundOfLight.com

The overriding energy Spirit wish to impart to us right now isLove. These last days on a thirddimensional Earth are about Peace and Preparation. They ask us to trust and have faith that allis well.

Fordecades, we have been waking up in stages . . . installments or waves ofenergy that jar us from our sleep. We remember when we reached“ah-ha” pivotal moments where life changed, never to return toits prior form. We grow through many of these moments. We have also noticedthat these installments, or waves, are coming quicker in an increasing rateof speed.

From the time we were born, we have worked to wakeup. It was an era of self-realization, and an accumulation of an entire agefilled with many past lives. We became aware of universal truths and massglobal illusions in the collective. We began to understand who we reallyare; not only as human beings, but as a divine soul and spirit.

By the mid-1980’s, we were slam dunked into accelerated energy,making it possible to learn at a hyper rate of speed. People who were bornin the 80’s or later have a shortage of life’s emotionallessons and historical time lines. This has created a challenge to findhome in this rapidly shifting world. Thus the awareness of Indigo Childrencame into our awareness. Many “indigos” that were born muchearlier, in the 40’s - 70’s, had a longer time line in which toprepare and learn, but they were not recognized as “indigos” asthe world was not awake enough to recognize them.

From 2008 tothe present time, we have been discovering that we are experiencing anincreasing loss of interest in the material world and an increased desirefor like-minded community. We began to feel a building pressure to createsomething new, but we do not know what that is. The world is beginning tofeel like a “been there and done that” realm. At times, we feelour lives are like the movie “Ground Hog Day”. The core thathas remained important to us is our community of like-minded family. Deepconnections with soul family is the only thing that holds our interestanymore. We are questioning everything that we have been taught andexperienced. Reality is changing right before our eyes.

We arealso feeling a great need for freedom. We want to be set free . . .unfettered by physical, mental, or emotional restrictions of any kind. Thishas created a great migration to un-known destinations . . . physically,emotionally and spiritually. We have had the courage to cut the cords fromwhat we have known without knowing where we are landing next. This is amass re-calibration. We have learned to trust our heart over our noisycontrolling mind. We are choosing love over fear. Step by step, with eachchoice we make from love, we transform the mis-qualified energy of thecollective un-consciousness. It begins to starve until it is gone.

By equinox of March 2011, things really began to heat up as webegan to moving into divine neutrality and into a profound state ofwitnessing. We choose to stay in this world in service, but we not of theworld anymore. This is leaving us a bit confused. We don’t know whatto do next, since we are nearly completely detached from all things thathave anchored us here. Because of this disentanglement, we embark on adivine search. We want to find a place to anchor ourselves as it is in ourcore nature to do so. We can feel something is looming out in the nearfuture for us, but we can’t see it, understand it or figure it out.But it is clear . . . deep inside our core, we are beginning to feel a newworld birthing. As we passed through the June Solstice and eclipse gauntletof 2011, things took yet another HUGE leap into the energy of this newworld. There is no turning back now. The new destination will arrive.

At this point in time, this divine neutrality acts as a way to keepus floating above a shifting world for a short transitional time. We arelike jet liners without a landing strip. We are in a holding pattern. Oncethe world has arrived safety beyond the shifting point, we will be able toimplement the options that we have envisioned. The new world will begin tomanifest quickly, and it will BE what we make of it.

In themeantime, fueled with our impatience, we continue to dig into our heartsand ask “What do we want?”, because we are used to manifestingin a particular way. Ground Hog Day is becoming a tired old re-run, and weare getting weary of the holding pattern. So we try to push to breakthrough the blocks we feel. Could this frustrating Ground Hog Day feelingmean we are beginning to live within the first stages of a new world? Couldthis mean that the laws of nature that regulate manifesting have shiftedinto a new dimension?

P.S. A reminder . . . The Star Elder havesaid for years that all the rules of nature that binds our dimensiontogether would change at the shift of the ages. They also have shared overand over that it will not be what we think it will be, and the new worldwill come with great surprises.

The way we have discerned truthis by feeling our centers. But this center has already shifted to the newfuture. Because of this, we are finding it hard to be as clear as we usedto be . . . at least for now. It is making us feel a bit commitment phobicand unsure in nearly all areas of our lives. We find it hard to commit toeven the little decisions in life without that nagging feeling thatsomething isn’t right. The old, familiar, heart clarity that wesearch for is not there anymore. It appears that our center has movedelsewhere. Just as the world is shifting underneath our feet, our heartshave shifted as well. Our hearts, our core, our home base, our orientationpoint, etc… has moved to a deeper and more pure, evolved level. Thislevel is not about the individual self, but one based in the entirecollective . . . the ONE. A new heart is being upgraded for every livingthing. We feel this is one aspect of the new laws of nature for the newworld.

We are in a profound and hefty preparation mode. We aremoving from manifesting in linear time to manifesting in spherical time.This affects the way we live and the way we create. We are learning tocreate spherically, from multiple directions, within a new heart center. Itis a lot to learn.

Learning to manifest in spherical time iscreating a temporary issue. There are many varied possibilities open to usfor manifesting right now. We have a lot of irons in the fire so to speak.Every option appears to holds equal weight. So we try to figure out what tochoose by looking at each idea or option as an individual option. Eachindividual option that we consider does not necessary feel wrong, but itdoes not feel right either, and we don’t know why. So we go to thenext option, do the same process and discover the same result. It is onlywhen we step back and look at the bigger picture, and see ALL the optionstogether as a unified unit, that our heart says “YES! That is it!Let’s do it!” Quickly after this revelation, we are faced withthe issue that all these opportunities are quite different and seemphysically impossible to create as a unit, as they appear to go in manydifferent directions. This is the beginning stage of us manifestingspherically and multi-dimensionally. This takes multitasking to an entirelynew and higher frequency. This is a cue for us that creating / manifestingmulti-dimensionally will be possible very soon. Now we just have to learnto discover our new heart center in the new world.

We are beingsynchronized with a new, divine timing these days. We are already beginningto feel what manifesting in this new world might be like. Manifesting isgoing to be much quicker than we can think. We will create solely withintuition . . . a.k.a. our hearts. The rapid pace will feel like a quantumleap in conscious creation. There are clues to this divine timingsynchronization. We are already feeling ourselves flip-flop between thingswe consider manifesting in our lives. We have a moment of clarity aboutwhat we what to do, and in the next moment, that desire is gone. It is notthat the clarity was wrong in the first place. It is that we just took toolong to act on it, and the universe simply moved on to the next option.This new creation mode is moving faster than we can create at this time;thus the need for the divine timing synchronization. When we link up to ournew heart center, we will find that manifesting will take off in originaland multi-dimensional ways, and we will keep pace with the universe.

We will not know what is ahead of us. Nor will we know the day orhour of the completion of this transformation and the shift of ages. Noprophet, channel, mystic or intellectual knows the answer to this one. AsJeshua shares “Keep your lamps lit.” In other words, stay opento all possibilities. Stay ready to leap when all the possibilitiesconverge into your new heart center, and the door opens for you to finallyland that jet liner. We are in the same boat now . . . just as we should be. . . as we to leap unified as ONE.

Children Cannot Be Failures!

Children are almost always in a light state of hypnosis. Their young minds are taking in information and developing beliefs all the time; Beliefs about the world, about themselves, about other people in their lives, and about what they can expect in the future. These beliefs make up their knowledge base- things they know to be true. The light state of hypnosis means that much of what comes in is not put through an "Is this really true" filter. The information slips into the realm of subconscious beliefs on which we base our behavior.

Imagine listening to the two statements, "You are a failure," and "You failed that time." How does each statement make you feel? The first describes you, the second describes what happened. To a child, the first statement is a solid step toward a belief that is increasingly hard to alter the more times it is heard. Consider the following statements that children often hear:

Labels Person Labels Action
You're a bad boy/girl. That was a bad thing to do.
You are dumb (stupid). You need to learn more about...
You are clumsy. Next time you will want to pay attention to...

This is just a sampling of the labeling statements that we say that unintentionally leave our children with the belief that they are bad, a failure, stupid, etc. If a child believes they are stupid, why would they try to learn something?

The truth is that no child is a failure. No child is stupid. No child is clumsy. No child is bad. A child is a work in progress. They are developing into something; they aren't there yet. If we want our children to develop into a wonderful, self-confident, intelligent adult, we need to feed those beliefs with our words.

If you want your child to be smart, tell her that she is smart. If you want your child to be athletic, tell him that he is an excellent runner (jumper, batter, etc.). If you want your child to be a reader, tell them they are doing a great job reading and encourage them to continue without criticizing their errors as they learn new vocabulary. Let your words ring true by being specific with your praise: "You described how to add very well," "I'm so glad that you set the table with just the right number of plates," "I'm so lucky to have you to read to me."

I work with many adults who are still carrying the beliefs that were instilled in their minds as children. The labels they carry prevent them from being successful at any number of things. Through hypnosis, they are able to regress back to the moment when the belief formed and it is usually before they are six years old. When young, the beliefs can change fairly easily. It gets harder as they grow. By the time they are teens, they are often hard wired into their belief system and it takes a lot of work to change them. Hypnosis can help speed the process, but wouldn't it be lovely if all children believed they were smart, beautiful, wise, athletic, graceful, and fun to be with? You can help your child develop those beliefs by starting now - regardless of their current age.

An interview with Harmony Green, director of All About the Journey

Harmony Green is an Ordained Minister, Intuitive Healer, Channel and Spiritual Doula/Counselor. She created All about the Journey, a healing center where people of the community would have a place to learn about, develop and grow their path-sion. She defines Path-sion as the art of discovering the path you are to walk in this life and living that path with passion. Harmony believes that our journey defines us. The directions we are led in, or choose to follow, determine how our lives are lived. Harmony’s own path includes energy work, intuitive readings, mentorship, ceremonies of life, circles and classes, writing groups and seminars. In 2011, the Harmonic Mentorship Program was birthed, a year long journey into discovery of and celebration of our unfolding self-awarenes. This program is customized for each individual, led by Harmony and her guides, G Moon and Father Sky.

Wendy: What do you mean by mentorship?
Harmony: The Harmonic Mentorship Program is a conscious decision of allowing that a person makes. In this case, it is a decision to be a partner in the process of discovering and then living their own truth.

Wendy: What is a "mentor"?
Harmony: My definition of a mentor is a person with some experience, wisdom and value in what they have to share or teach to another person. This can be a process, a belief or a technique, etc. In my case, I am a mentor that guides one to the answers they already possess.

Wendy: How will a mentorship benefit someone?
Harmony: There are countless ways in which someone can benefit from the Harmonic Mentorship program. The harmony happens when the client, myself, my guides and their guides, etc. all join forces to allow the emergence of the individual's TRUTH. So, harmony is not about my name, but about the blending of energy, the harmonizing of these energies to create an environment where a person can allow knowledge on a deep and personal level.

Wendy: How did you know you were a healer? What were some of the signs or discoveries about yourself that led you to your path?
Harmony: It took me a long time to grow into and allow the title of “healer” for myself. I had to learn about my gifts and how I best used them through trial and error, beautiful error…..error and triumphs that taught me deep truths about myself on many levels. For me, HEAL is a process, not a verb. I do not heal a person in a faith healing manner, but instead, I team up with my clients to assist them in allowing healing for themselves. I am a guide or a liaison, really. Some healers claim that “they are doing” the healing. Healing is about Being, not Doing in my experience.

Wendy: What has changed for you since opening All About the Journey?
Harmony: Well, I have actually reconnected with Minnesota by opening Journey. Back in 2005 I opened a healing center in the same exact location. Six months later, we moved to San Francisco expecting to live out there for the rest of our lives. We sold our home on a contract for deed. However, because of many situations, the final sale of the home fell through, and 3 years after moving, we returned to Minnesota to the same house. Then, a year later Journey was opened in the same exact place I had opened the center right before we moved! So, to finally answer your question…the only thing that really changed was the date! My life is blessed and calm now that I am back where I need to be, offering services to the people I am meant to be of service to.

Wendy: What are your favorite things about All About the Journey?
Harmony: Being the catalyst for growth for others. Meeting all the amazing clients and practitioners and teachers who know Journey as a home. I am also very humbled by the ability to follow the nudging of my guides and to trust in them and the knowledge that they support me. All about the Journey and The ClassWomb are the physical representation of that humble awareness I allow for myself.

Wendy: I notice that there are guest speakers and others coming to teach. Can you tell me a little about how you find them and what collaboration means for you personally and for these times?
Harmony: I utilize my intuition when meeting with or looking for people to teach or share in The ClassWomb or to join the All about the Journey team. We are a team of 4 professionals now and many teachers have taught or will teach in The ClassWomb.

Wendy: What do you envision for the future of AATJ?
Harmony: Purposeful awareness and responsibility of the self being birthed in the Healing Center and the ClassWomb. Self-knowledge being birthed!

Wendy: What is your daily practice?
Harmony: I spend time in meditation when I wake, I allow myself to be aware of the message I receive in all forms. I eat a vegan diet, I am smoke and drug and alcohol free. I am ALWAYS grateful for my life….every day.

Wendy: What are a few of your challenges?
Harmony: Not knowing I have any! Seriously, sometimes I am too utopian perhaps. I really, truly own that I have done so much work on myself, that if I have a challenge, I am out of sync with my walk as stated above. So if I feel challenged, I process it and move on.

Wendy: What makes All About the Journey unique?
Harmony: Honestly, the people who find themselves there. Myself, the other practitioners, the clients are all very real people. The soil of Journey is ripe for growth, if you need to become aware of your SELF, you will definitely be able to do that at All about the Journey. So, we are unique because we are ourselves, always.

Divine Nourishment

We are deep within the rebirthing process. Many of us have gone through hardships and experienced many losses and changes in our lives. What we are relinquishing are parts of ourselves that are no longer congruent with our divine plan. We've come far enough through this process to discover whom we really are and are creating the vision of how we would like to shape our lives. The rebirthing process is about letting go of the old way of doing things, changing our perceptions, releasing old patterns, and in some cases on a physical level, walking away from unhealthy relationships, jobs that don't match our life purpose, and relocating to a new area that resonates within us.

In a nutshell we are releasing so many stored emotions and thoughtforms that up to this point we've suppressed and buried in order to deal with the hustle and bustle of daily living. We are being guided to slow down and be mindful through the wake up call we are receiving. Many of us are purging at a cellular level stored sadness and sorrow, anger and frustration, fear and anxiety, and shame and regret. These thoughts and emotions have no place in our energetic field as we are bringing in waves of light and life force where these lower vibrating energies are blocking us from moving forward.

We need to be gentle with ourselves and nurture and nourish our body, mind, and soul. Our nourishment goes beyond the healthy foods we eat. Of course eating high vibrational foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables are important. A step further would be blessing the food we are consuming and showing gratitude for its source. Being mindful as we are eating and connecting with the energy of each bite and not overeat or overindulge.

I was sitting by the lake by my home with two of my friends. We were suddenly surprised to notice a bat swooping and flitting around the lake near the trees. Wouldn't you know we saw three bats and got the message that they were our animal totems! When I looked it up the bat represents rebirth and initiation, a process we are each undergoing in various ways. I woke up this morning and the first thought I had was to write about this. I feel the medicine of bat is here for us all.

Transition, Rebirth
A Bat totem appearing in your life
is a call for the end of a way of life and the beginning of another.
You must face your greatest fears
and get rid of the part of your life that no longer is needed.
This transition is very frightening for many:
"better the devil you know..."
But you will not grow spiritually until the old parts are gone.

Face the darkness before you and you will find the light in rebirth.

As we are in the process of releasing the old we must be mindful of our breathing. Many of us are not aware that we are not breathing fully and deeply. Spending time conscious of the breath throughout the day and in quiet meditation is essential to the nourishment of our body. Source is the essence of who we are. The breath releases the stuck energies. We can transmute old thoughts, patterns, and emotions simply by breathing deeply and releasing what no longer serves us. The breath brings in life force energy which nourishes every cell of our being, enabling each cell in our body to vibrate with new life. Cells hold our ancestral and personal memories, if we wish to release the past and change our destiny, simply breath. How easy is that?!

The thoughts we feed to ourselves provide nourishment to our body. Our cells absorb what we are thinking. When we are negative, pessimistic, unhappy, or sad, our body reacts to this and weakens our state of being. We cannot manifest good things when we are telling ourselves "I'm not good enough", "Things never work out for me", and "This sucks". How we perceive things shape our experiences. By flipping the switch of how we think releases us from the bondage of suffering and sorrow.

Our emotional life can be rich in love and contentment, which nourishes us with warmth and good feelings. Many times we hold onto emotions from the past that affects our current relationships. When we allow our past to determine how we react in our present situations it blocks us from experiencing happiness. Many times we are afraid of taking a risk and express our true feelings because our prior experiences were negative. By releasing the cellular memory of past emotional trauma, we may be more open to taking chances, beginning anew, and be liberated from our negative attachment to our old ways.

I was getting so frustrated and discouraged by my over two year process of attempting to getting a loan modification, and feeling a sense of lack of control. I couldn't let go of my anger at the system. It was really bringing me down. I finally made the decision to let go of the outcome no matter what it is. Through prayer and meditation I was able to shift the energy. I am committed to allowing only positive thoughts in. We need to nourish our mind with only loving and positive thoughts. We create our very own heaven or hell.

Love is the essence of our being. Love has the power to heal and nourish our Soul. When we open our heart to expressing love through Source, it has the power to transmute any pain we've ever held and transform our life and heal our sacred heart. By loving ourselves unconditionally, allowing others to love and help us, and sharing authentic love in all of our relationships we are thus filled with Divine Nourishment, which will lead to our rebirth into the light of a new day and a new way.

Prayer

Dear God,

I accept the many blessings pouring forth from the Universe, filling every cell of my body, mind, and soul with the highest vibration of love, light, healing and nourishment. Please transmute every negative thought or emotion I have ever held. Restore me to peace and balance so that I may experience harmonious living. Attract me to only people, places, situations, and things that are healthy and enhance my life. Assist me in transmuting any and all emotional and physical trauma I have ever endured. Replenish me with Divine nourishment so I may be filled with vibrancy, love, and life force energy.

And so it is.

We’ve entered a new energy where everything may look the same, but, in actuality nothing is as it appears. If we even so much as attempt to do things in the old way and expect the same old results we are mistaken, therefore, our relationships are shifting. Those that were not based on a high integrity of consciousness, mutual love, respect, and kindness either fell or are in the process of falling by the wayside or else both parties in the relationship must take a vibrational leap to the next level in order for it to endure. If we’re onboard to go to the next level of conscious awareness the only way we can get there is drama free and with purity and peace.

Those on the spiritual path often times experience many challenges and setbacks when it comes to romantic relationships. As we are in the process of growing and changing we tend to outgrow a potential partnership before we can grow into it. Our frequency fluctuates as we are in the process of transformation, making it difficult to find someone on the same wavelength as us. While we are going through the shifts it is challenging to form a deep, long lasting connection with someone who may also be undergoing the same process or is not working on themselves.

The law of attraction draws partners to us that reflect what we are feeling and wanting to experience. Lightworkers tend to be rescuers and enablers until they work on healing that issue inside of themselves. They tend to fall for someone’s potential rather than what they are actually capable of giving and being. As old patterns, beliefs, and actions/reactions are healed and transmuted we are able to attract a loving spiritual partnership that is on our vibrational frequency.

Soulmate or twin flame relationships aren’t always the easiest ones. There is a strong attraction and a feeling of knowing one another on a deep and profound level. Oftentimes these are the relationships with the most issues and conflicts as we make a soul contract with another being to work on healing and resolving issues in our lives through the assistance of a familiar soul to play it out with. These relationships can be so intense that I prefer to focus on attracting a mate that is my beloved spiritual romantic partner.

My friend and I were chatting about what we were looking for in a mate. She mentioned that she always made sure he believed in God and thus was spiritual. I explained to her that was way too vague! Many of us believe in God, but our perception of what God is may be quite different based on our religious or spiritual backgrounds and beliefs. For me, a spiritual partner would be someone who was has a loving, kind, gentle spirit though we may come from different lineages. He must have a deep love and respect for Mother Earth and all her inhabitants.

The way to manifesting true love is by taking care of ourselves and showing love and respect to our loved ones, thus we find someone who does the same. As we repair or heal the dynamics in our relationships with family members and friends that are dysfunctional, the energetic dynamic leaves our cellular memory and we no longer attract it. Fueling our body, mind and soul with positive things and loving ourselves unconditionally brings love that mirrors what we are feeling inside.

I’ve gone through a few years of a lot of turmoil. Though many things are not actually resolved, I’m finally feeling happy and content since I made the decision to let go. I released my expectations of how things should turn out. I’m happy despite what the outer appearance of situations may be. If we are only happy when we have everything we want just the right way, we’d only be that way for short periods of time and we cannot experience love when we are only seeking perfection. Perfection is an illusion of perception.

A conscious loving relationship would include being respectful, trustworthy, kind, dependable, open hearted, loving, and caring. Of course it would also include passion, laughter, enjoying each other’s company, having fun together, not take life and circumstances too seriously, and overlooking the little things.

We are coming into a time of connecting with our beloved partner. For those of us who have spent many years focusing on our spiritual path, will find that the time is growing near to be in a long-term romantic relationship, if that is our desire. We spent so many years connecting on a higher level that all the wisdom and growth we achieved can be applied in a loving relationship. We are ready to attract true love, the call to love is the call to experiencing Source through a soul connection with a beloved partner.

We are finally reuniting with our soul families and being guided to our beloved partner (or the relationship we are currently in is being raised to a higher vibration through pure intent), situations are being resolved and we are being aligned with the place and way we can best serve our destiny. The way we can raise the vibration of the planet is by making changes in our own lives and the highest and greatest way is through the power of love. As we open our hearts to greater capacities to give and receive love we are healed and made whole.

In all the years I’ve been a healer I’ve noticed that those on the spiritual path have an easier time giving then receiving. The front of the heart chakra is wide open to giving love and of themselves, however, the back of the heart chakra located in the middle of the back tends to be closed due to difficulty in allowing others to give to them. In order for any relationship to be in balance it is essential to give and receive equally, though not necessarily in the same way. We give what we have and what the person may need at the time. Being able to receive or even ask for help when we need it, accepting compliments, and allowing our partner to nurture us are some of the ways we can be open to receive.

Love has the power to heal away all of our old hurts and wounds. We have all been wounded in many ways through our life experiences. Being vulnerable and opening up to a beloved partner can be healing to the soul. I’m not referring to a co-dependent relationship where we lose ourselves in another person and expect them to make everything better for us or for us to fix them. It’s about taking the relationship we’re in to the next level or entering one and experiencing a mutually loving and nurturing partnership.

Romance in the new energy happens when two beloveds come together, who have already worked on healing their own issues, have self esteem and respect for themselves and others, and are ready to experience true love in a deep and authentic way.

Prayer

Dear God,

I’m ready to experience true love. I know love is all around and within me. Love is the elixir that soothes and heals the soul. I’m ready to attract genuine love on a higher level. Weave me into the person that I want to attract. I release my old patterns, wounds and beliefs so that I can expand my perceptions and find new ways of being in relationship with another that are more conscious, mindful, and loving. I open my heart and mind to experience deep, everlasting and abiding love.

And so it is.

The power of three is an idea that seems to sneak into almost every religion, shows up in children’s stories and is even discussed in psychology. There is clearly something that draws us to this number, something embedded in our collective unconscious that pulls us toward the number three.

Interestingly, the number three seems to have associations with both the left and the right brain. There are countless instances where three is referenced as a powerful number in mysticism, while there is clear evidence that the number three has significance in how much information we can process and retain. Three is of course also a prevalent number in many branches of science.

To find the true secret behind this fascination with the number three, it would be beneficial to look at the space between these opposites. That is, of course, what the power of three really means.

The Symbolic Message

Three is the result of putting two together. There is no other way to arrive at this number. When one and one are put together, the result is three. Therein lays the secret. The power of three is the power of connection. Three is not meant to be seen as a third entity in and of itself but rather as a result of two separate entities coming together and forming a third. Three is the balance between two.

When there is reference to a special power or strength in three, it's not referring to a number but to a symbolic result of two coming together as one. This idea may lead you to think there should be just as much emphasis on any other number that combines many. Yet, these other numbers don’t seem to carry the same mystical significance. That's because true power comes from balance. The number three is the perfect number to symbolize the combination of more than one thing that, including the combination itself, results in balance.

Take for instance marriage. Two people come together, each one being individual. Yet, in their combination a third entity emerges: the couple. This is perfect balance. There are two separate things coming together to create a third. In this example, each person has their own unique strengths. There are two strengths to begin with. Yet, in coming together, they create a third inimitable strength that combines them both. The power is in exponential growth.

Balancing Extremes through the Power of Three

This concept is true for all things, not just relationships. The power of three rests in balance. In a world full of polarity and extremes, finding balance can be a difficult task. This balance, however, is where true strength resides. It becomes attainable when we let go of the preconceived notion that reality demands opposites. You may ask why there is power in balance and what exactly this power applies to. Simply put, balancing keeps us from falling.

In every aspect of life, there are extremes. There is hot and cold, up and down, left and right, smart and stupid, pretty and ugly - the list goes on and on. But in finding the perfect balance between these opposites, we find that we can overcome the dilemmas they present to us. The extremes that seem to surround us sustain the belief that there is only one right and one wrong. Battles are waged over this concept because compromise is unconsciously seen as an idealist notion unsupported by the realities of a bipolar world. The power of three refers to a separation from this mistaken world identity and replaces it with an understanding of the harmony that rests in the middle ground.

It requires a great deal of integrity to find the perfect balance between polarities. The ego seeks to find an extreme and latch on to it, using it as a means to create self identity. “I am not that; I am this,” the ego screams. “I don’t believe that; I believe this.” The secret of power in three is the truth of our true form. We are not individual and separate units but rather pieces of one puzzle that has been only symbolically torn apart. The power lies in between the lines. The ego serves its function by making us believe we are not united but rather are single entities unconnected and unrelated to one another. But the truth that we are all intimately connected is the source of strength. Strength in the in-between.

There are many examples of this ego driven need for separation: race, religion, culture and nationality are some of the most obvious. Take religion as an example. When a person clings so passionately to the idea they are of one particular religious belief and not another, they miss out on the greater truth that can exist in their combined ideas. But, if this same person were to rise above the need to identify themselves as one or the other, they could tap into the third power of combined and balanced beliefs and ideas.

The Ultimate Power of Middle Ground

When we spend all of our mental energy defending our separateness, we learn to rely on the idea of opposites to support that defense. But when we nurture the idea that we are all connected, we can find that third source of strength through the unity we share. This is a perpetual truth that can apply to any and all circumstances in life. There is something to be learned in everything, and, in that, some additional source of understanding that lies between the opposites. While a person may feel they are the proverbial good guy, the opponent will undoubtedly believe the same. There is something of value on either side, but it takes strength of character to step outside of one’s particular role and find that truth. This is the art of balance.

Using the power of three requires no ritual, prayer or any other such act. It simply requires an in depth review of what is presented before you. What role do you find yourself in right now and what is that the opposite of? Once you ask yourself that question, then you must use the greatest amount of internal honesty you can muster and find out what you can learn from your opposite. There is always something, for that is the basis of our reality. Once you combine the strength of your own role, belief, practice, or understanding with the strength of its opposite, you have tapped into the power of three. And once you internalize the understanding that we are all truly one, you can maximize that power by combining the strength of all into a single united force.

The soul is the same in all living creatures, although the body of each is different. ~ Hippocrates

Her name was Diesel.

A beautiful tabby cat, she was my constant companion throughout my early childhood and the troubled, tumultuous divorce of my parents. Every night without fail, she would curl into the crook of my arm and lull me into a quiet sleep with the deep, throaty rattle of her purr. She was my rock, my saviour and my confidant.

When Diesel died, I turned to a local Christian Youth Club worker for solace and was categorically and cruelly advised that Diesel wasn’t in Heaven … because animals don’t have souls.

That is the day I turned my back on traditional Christianity.

Throughout human evolution (and I use that term loosely), one of the most tragic fallacies that has emerged is the idea that people have been placed on Earth to dominate and rule over the natural environment. A ludicrous notion that the Earth and all who-dwell-on-her are simply here for our pleasure, as we bumble and pray our way to an eternity in Heaven.

The idea is as arrogant as it is infantile; as satirist Ambrose Bierce points out in The Devil’s Dictionary, this planet of nearly three-quarters water was supposedly made for Man – who is without gills.

Thankfully, humanity has experienced more enlightened viewpoints throughout its history and slowly we are reawakening to a more connected Truth. Native Americans and Indigenous Australians celebrate animals as guides and teachers – a sense of brotherhood that is also present in Paganism, Shamanism, Buddhism and Hinduism.

Albert Einstein spoke of the human delusion – the prison – of separation and selfishness, and added that “our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty”.

Even Walt Disney knew that that our deep connection with nature wasn’t just some Mickey Mouse idea. In each of his early stories the heroine – Snow White, Aurora, Cinderella – would venture into the woods and demonstrate that she was pure of heart by frolicking “hand in paw” with the wild animals.

The current shift in human consciousness is revealing our true purpose – to experience the physical form and use it as a vehicle for spiritual growth – but this does not explain why we are accompanied on this journey by one and half million other animal species. What is the purpose of animals in our lives and in our environment? Why do they choose to share this experience with us?

Australia’s leading Animal Communicator, Trisha McCagh, explains. “Unlike humans who come into physicality to learn their lessons, animals are fully aware of their divine purpose”, she says. According to Trisha, animals - particularly domestic animals - help form our life purpose and assist us in one of two ways:

They mirror us, and reflect back to us our own needs and vital lessons. Often a pet will share an illness or imbalance with us, in order to help us recognise and rectify our deepest needs.

They help download and stabilise our spiritual energies. Animals can become our guides and companions when we are emotionally low, or if we are undertaking a significant energetic shift or spiritual lesson.

Trisha adds, “Just like the ancient wisdoms tell us, animals have souls just like you and me, but they resonate on a much higher level than most humans. They are high frequency – high learning – souls, and they come to Earth as teachers, not students”.

This certainly explains the amazing and uncanny healing effect that animals can have on humans, and the rapid increase in the range of animal-assisted therapies around the world. It has been well-known and documented that the simple act of stroking a cat can reduce stress and blood-pressure issues, but more profound healings are now being undertaken and researched.

In 2007 meta-analysis found that animal-assisted therapy produced favorable results for patients with autism, behavioral problems and medical difficulties. The benefits include increased interaction and attention, decreased anxiety and an increased sense of belonging. Throughout the world, including Toronto, Canada and Merced County, California delinquent youths are taking part in dog-training therapy lessons with outstanding results. Many of these at-risk teenagers later show an increase in self-esteem, better behaviour at home and in the class, and a number of them have graduated out of the welfare system altogether.

Perhaps as we enter a new phase of human evolution, it is only by listening to the animals - or listening to those who listen to the animals - that we will be able to fully understand the lessons we are here to learn.

As Trisha McCagh explains, “Forget your BMWs and fancy homes, your fame and fortune, the animals are here to teach us that we only need two things to be happy; love and purpose.”

The theories of quantum physics – such as the entanglement theory – offer us preliminary understandings of the connected-ness of all things. These new scientific concepts, together with ancient spiritual wisdoms, are helping us realise that everything is connected at a deep, energetic level, that we draw our energy from the same source, and that we are all ONE.

Therefore, animals are not on Earth to be dominated and exploited for human pleasure. They are on this planet as an integral part of our human evolution. They are our guides, our friends and our spiritual messengers.

I suggest – for humanity’s sake – that we all start listening.

How will you spend the end of time? Silently, this week, a new wave of consciousness is forming. Off in the distance, the mother drum sounds, heartbeat of creation. In rhythmic overtones, she heralds a new beginning.

Beating......beating...... The drum builds to a crescendo through the Equinox in March, on though a volatile mid-year eclipse series and beyond, toward an infinite moment of divine splendor.

The end begins now.

A radical and profound interpretation of the sacred Mayan calendar pinpoints March 9 through October 28, 2011, as the ninth and final wave of consciousness expansion in the current evolutionary cycle that began 16.4 billion years ago.

The interpretation is offered by Mayan scholar Carl Johan Calleman, who's been tracking this ancient timekeeping system for several decades. His research diverges from the commonly held belief that the Mayan calendar ends in December 2012.

In Carl's view, a cosmic, evolutionary process is encoded in the Mayan system. Through a simultaneous series of nine underworlds, the drama of life unfolds, each phase building on the last and accelerating by a factor of 20 until we reach the highest plateau. Because of the acceleration encoded in the pyramid structure, the ninth underworld is the shortest, lasting only from March 9 through October 28.

This is a time of awakening and rapid evolution, the seeding of a new paradigm we're creating together with every breath.

A deeper, felt experience of time is emerging as we align with the rhythms of creation. Within this phase, our concept of linear time collapses and we become more aware of the cyclical nature of time.

On this wave, we have a new and rare opportunity to merge with the quantum field of infinite possibility, the realm of God(dess) and, ultimately, the conscious manifestation of reality. We begin to experience true time, the eternal now that encompasses past, present and future.

All that's needed to attain this next evolutionary level is the intent to ascend in consciousness.
Rhythms of creation

Throughout the ninth underworld, cosmic energies pulse in 18-day waves made up of nine ascending days of light and nine descending days of darkness. This 18-day rhythm builds throughout the cycle, culminating near the end of October, according to Carl's calculation. (The link to download the Ninth Wave calendar shown to the right is included below.)

Waves of creation flow in increasing intensity as the evolution of consciousness accelerates. Structures, forms and beliefs collapse, and time seems to speed up. Individually and collectively, we'll experience an acceleration of the chaotic energies that have already become familiar in recent years. The revolutionary wave spreading through the Mid-east will travel around the world.

I've been sitting with this concept since I learned about it in 2001, journeying with the rhythms Carl has discovered. It feels right and real to me, although I don't perceive that the truth of Carl's interpretation negates the truth of other day counts or interpretations, or other timekeeping systems. Carl doesn't have all the answers, but I do believe he's discovered something important that helps us make our way through a tumultuous transition.
Turning into one

In Carl's interpretation, the ninth and final phase that begins this week is called the Universal Underworld. We're completing the Galactic Underworld, which began in 1999. Think of the transformation you've experienced since then, and you'll get an idea of how much change will be packed into the next six months or so. Wow, right?

Through the galactic portal, we access the universal. "Universe" means, literally, "turned into one." And unity consciousness is what the Ninth Wave is about. This idea of "oneness" isn't just an awareness that we're all brothers and sisters and need to live in harmony with each other and the Earth. It's the attainment of divine consciousness. You might call it God consciousness or enlightenment, Christhood or Buddhahood, yoga or union with Source.

As I wrote in my book, Cosmic Time, the Mayan calendar tells of the possibility of a direct, personal experience of the divine, the awakening of humanity to its unlimited evolutionary potential.

We've been assimilating the galactic energies pulsing through the eighth wave, and this week we begin the climb toward our evolutionary destiny as divine souls embodied on Earth. This is a journey that lasts through late October, on through 2012 and beyond.
What to expect

Reality as we've known it is dissolving in this end of time.

In my 2011 Astro Forecast, published back in December, I wrote: "As we all know by now, the game has changed on Earth. Economies, governments, businesses, education, social systems, the arts, sciences, technology and medicine all look radically different than they did just a few years ago. Incoming cosmic frequencies are speeding up the changes. In 2011, ramped-up evolutionary forces shift into overdrive. The reconfiguration is just beginning."

We’ve reached a tipping point. By focusing on love and abundance and holding a higher vision for the future, we can seize the moment and become empowered co-creators manifesting a compelling destiny aligned with our true purpose.

If you're going the empowered route, don't trust anyone who tells you what's going to happen during this highly volatile, highly creative time. The whole point of the next evolutionary wave is for each of us to take responsibility for creating the future. We incarnated to grow through this experience. Why give your power away to channels and psychics who make predictions?
Attunement

You and I and everyone else have an opportunity to directly access - even merge with - the consciousness of all creation in this next level of evolutionary expansion.

There are many ways to attune to the natural rhythms pulsing through this wave. Among my favorites are silence, unplugging from technology, spending time in nature, drumming, chanting, sacred movement, gardening, aromatherapy and other integrative body-mind-spirit practices.

Pretend you know nothing. Be like a child, no conditioning, no expectations. Allow yourself to be surprised and delighted by the miracle that is life.

Stillness is a necessity. Periodically throughout the day, and in preparation for sleep, I like to center, close my eyes and breathe with the forces of creation.

In these moments, I'm brought back to a simple awareness, the remembrance of love. Love is the organizing principle of the universe. Through love we conceive. Through love we create. Love is all. And it's all, now, as we awaken beyond time.

NEW ONLINE MAGAZINE NAME!

From the beginning in 2004, Whispers of Spirit has operated fully from intuition and feeling. Our first print publication in June 2004 was done completely on trust and faith that it was all divinely planned. Another year later we followed our guidance and announced the first Whispers of Spirit Expo that happened in October of 2005. In December 2008 we ceased printing the publication and became an online only magazine. Every aspect of Whispers of Spirit, no matter how big or little, is done in divine partnership with a higher guidance.

ot long ago, we "heard" yet another shift is in order. All at once, the information came ... new name for the online magazine.

So, here we are.

We are THRILLED to announce

Our "Whispers of Spirit online magazine" is just shifting names to "Presence" and will undergo some design changes. Whispers of Spirit will remain the organization and everything else will stay as it is currently. You can still find all the great information on our website (the domain name is staying the same as well).

How did it come about?

"Presence" is the word I was given. I "heard" this and immediately thought, "Presence"? What the heck is that? That's not a name for a magazine!" For about 2 weeks following (and still today), I would see or read the name everywhere, it stuck out so clearly, even though I hadn't really put much thought into it or even kept it in my mind. And THEN I received guidance about doing display ads on a donation basis. Well, okay. Finally, after all the nudges from the Universe, I sat down to think about the logistics of changing it.

And I freaked out.

My MIND was overwhelmed with, "Oh are you kidding me? I don't have time for this. It'll take too many hours to shift everything. It won't be done in time for the March issue." etc etc etc. I asked friends about it, I debated in my head about it. It all just didn't make sense.

Finally, however, once I let my MIND go, let it do it's own freaking out in some far off land, and I had time to sit quietly with it, my heart knew it was the right thing to do. I turned to the computer to start the tasks of creating a new logo, the words, this email, the intention ... and it FLOWS. It becomes it's own creation that my MIND has no control over, and I just allow it to unfold. My heart gets a little flutter of excitement. I, as Jennifer Salness, have never been the one guiding Whispers of Spirit. It is it's own entity (with it's own astrological birth chart) that has grown and shifted over the years, and now, with all the worldly and inner transformations happening, it is time for another step up.

And I know it will all be perfect.

The full explanation about the name and it's symbolism will be in the online magazine in March. Watch for it's debut on Spring Equinox on Sunday, March 20.

We are so grateful for your support and encouragement over these almost 7 years! It is our honor to present it to the community. There are some other "stirrings" of events and programs happening, so keep your eye out for more new stuff, and, if you wish to collaborate, let us know. We like that.

The Inner Revolution

Life has been a major roller coaster ride these past few weeks. We are feeling and witnessing a inner revolution of duality. Our inner and outer worlds are transforming right before our eyes. I can feel the light flooding back into the collective at such a huge rate that I can hardly contain myself. Today the world is beginning to be re-born. It might be a bit premature to say this . . . but kids . . . we did it! The first domino has fallen, prompting not just a "trickle down effect," but an avalanche into a new world where the masses will be unified, and each will be honored. Freedom, truth, and integrity, love and peace are pouring down on this new emerging dimension, and we all get to be a part of history in the making. This is such an amazing time to be walking on this earth. We have been waiting for this for a long time.

Of course my excitement and exhilaration comes from the recent good news of Egypt obtaining freedom in only 18 short days. I am in absolute awe of the power of what a unified collective can do. We are rising up to a higher playing field as current events as shown us what we can accomplish in a short time if we simply stick together within a common goal. Because of these recent events, I feel even MORE assured that our peaceful transition into a wonderful new world is at hand. We have had our first major example that this is true.

We have earned our renaissance, rebirth, regeneration, and reawakening. This new day is possible because of many brave ones who have gone before us in the fight for love, peace, truth, human rights and equality. My hero short list . . . Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa, Jeshua, the Beatles . . . even Woodstock and all the flower power hippies! Now I have to add to the growing list . . . a young google employee armed with social media that has catalyzed Egypt's version of the Berlin Wall. We all know now that even an entrenched and well-established regime of darkness has no control over us. Freedom is possible for one and all. The happenings of these past 18 days felt like Gandhi on steroids. He would be so proud. It was spectacular.

As this peaceful revolution was going on in Egypt, I have to admit that a not so peaceful inner revolution was going on inside of me. A revolution began to awaken something inside of me. I was taking a long over-due retreat, yet my body was having huge panic attacks. I felt agitated, my chest hurt, my heart was racing, I could not sleep, and I was out of sorts. I felt that I was losing it.

Alongside the horrific panic that I was feeling, I also felt a deep calm . . . almost too calm. I was confused how my body could be reacting one way and my spirit/soul another. In the middle of the night . . . lying there sleepless again, I had a revelation. I remembered something that I already knew, but just remembered. This panic was the primal survival energy of my genetic code, DNA, and the programs of this mortal body. On the complete polar opposite side of this was my eternal higher self that lives in timelessness and knows that all IS, and will BE, well. This was the clearest I have ever experienced my higher self.

I know that if I am feeling this now, then many of you are too, as we all connected, if we like it or not. What happens to one happens to all at some level. This inner revolution has been essential in helping us get in touch with our polar opposites. Now that we are becoming clearer about the light inside of us, we are also seeing the dark ego dissolving away, kicking and screaming all the way. It is the end of our inner dark regime! How cool is that! Now we have the ability to make better choices . . . choices from love and trust instead of fear and hate. I choose living from my higher self. Hey, I want to feel good, safe and happy. Don't you? Living from the higher self is certainly more comfortable and stress free. The higher self is like the quiet peaceful place in the center of the storm, a peaceful retreat that we can go to anytime . . . or even better, we can stay there 24/7!

As we learn and grow through this inner revolution, we will need to support each other. It will be important to allow everyone their personal unique way of dealing with their inner revolution. It is easy to let the fear talk through us in these times, instead of the love in our hearts. So we need to forgive ourselves when we fall short of our spiritual expectations. I hope we can all be as authentic and real as possible rather than always trying to be perfectly spiritual. After all, we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. Each one of us has a different way of learning, understanding and waking up, but we do have the same destination. So don't get all in a bunch if fear grips you for a time. Hey, I get wigged out sometimes too. :) It is human and part of the normal process of waking up. It is the catalyst that helps us wake up. I can't help but feel the magnitude of the importance of this inner and outer revolution and what we have and will learn from it. It will be vitally important as the new world (and Egypt) transforms around us in the years to come. (end)

"Inception" - Reverie or Reality?

All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream ~ Edgar Allan Poe

I imagine that when Leonardo diCaprio’s latest move, Inception, was pitched to Warner Brothers, the conversation would have abounded with phrases such as “invasion of the subconscious”, “dream control” and “alternate reality”. But what struck me most with this movie, as the confusing layers of consciousness unfolded and merged, was just how familiar … how spiritual … the whole concept was to me.

Are we actually awake, or do we exist in a dream?

For years, in my meditations, writings and conversations, I have pondered and explored the idea of alternate consciousness – the supposition that our reality, in fact, may just be a dream. Another layer of human consciousness, with its own set of scientific and temporal rules.

To the skeptical and those with more tangible tastes this notion must seem absurd, but even great scientific minds such as Albert Einstein hinted at the prospect when he stated that “Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one”.

The theory of a dream-reality is certainly not without merit, and clues of its existence have crept into the collective psyche almost unnoticed. The Matrix Trilogy took the concept of reality-as-we-know-it and smacked us clean in the face with it – offering an enticing glimpse of how humans literally could bumble along in their ignorance, and be completely unaware of their sleep-state. The TV series, Life on Mars, explored the world of dreams, (as did Inception), and introduced the very real concept that we never actually know when we’re dreaming!

Anthropologically, throughout India and Buddhist populations, people seek to find – not enlightenment – but “bodhi”, awakening. The same is true for the unquestionably spiritual Native Americans, who await the Great Awakening.

It poses the question. If we are moving towards an awakening, what are we doing now? Are we sleeping, and simply unaware that we’re dreaming? When we die and our spirit – our energy - undoubtedly departs our body, is it simply that we … wake up?

This notion that life – reality – is simply another consciousness also explains and adds weight to the growing Law of Attraction movement. According to Abraham via Gary and Esther Hicks, “You are the only one who creates in your experience—no one else. Everything that comes to you comes by the power of your thought”. This sentiment is echoed in The Magician’s Way, by Australian William Whitecloud, and through Rhonda Byrne’s global phenomenon, The Secret. Essentially, the message is that YOU control your experience, your environment and your “destiny”.

Perhaps … just perhaps … our true reality lies in another consciousness altogether and, just as with the visions of our nightly slumber, we are unaware of the freedom at our fingertips.

The freedom to “wake up” to our dream state, and start molding this dream to our own desires.

The Birth of Emotional Yoga ~ Daralyse Lyons

EFT saved my life. Yoga saved my soul. By combining these two modalities, creating a technique I refer to as Emotional Yoga, I have come to unconditionally love and accept myself, mind, body and soul. I realize that I can’t simply make these claims without then telling my story. But, I hope that you will suspend your disbelief as I tell you about the unbelievable experience of recovery I had when I combined yoga and EFT.

My name is Daralyse Lyons and I am in recovery from bulimia. Now. I am in recovery from bulimia now. However, for nearly 12 years I lived my life trapped in a cycle of binging and purging, a self imposed hell. I felt emotionally bankrupt and spiritually bereft. I cried on an almost daily basis. And I was institutionalized at various treatment facilities 18 times. Any help I sought was largely ineffective. I wanted to die. And in fact my bulimia felt like a slow suicide. Not slow enough though. I was fast approaching the end of my rope. I feinted multiple times from dehydration. I had seizures due to electrolyte imbalance. I lost control of my bowels (not a very lady-like occurrence). I vomited blood. And those were just the physical effects of my eating disorder.

I was killing my body. Then, I went to a yoga class. Yoga was painful for me at first. The instant I sat down on my mat and tuned in to the slow sensation of my breath in my body, tears arose. It was almost as if my body were screaming in pain, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical. In being silent, tuning in, and moving my body, I began to release years of accumulated pain and shame. In retrospect, I have found out that emotions are stored within the body, in fact, specific body parts tend to be storehouses for specific emotions and attachments. But, at the moment, I didn’t know that. I just knew that yoga offered me an emotional release. It provided a way into my body and my heart. I went back to yoga class often after that first day. It didn’t really help me to let go of my eating disorder, but it did help me to reduce my bulimic symptoms and to have a less punishing relationship with my body.

I went to an EFT practitioner years after I started doing yoga because conventional therapy wasn’t helping me and I was still miserable and stuck in my bulimic cycle. EFT, the Emotional Freedom Technique, is best described as acupressure for the emotions. By acknowledging a negative emotion and then tapping on the end points of the body’s energetic meridians, the body’s energy system is balanced and negative emotions vanish. In my first session with this EFT practitioner, I was able to uncover and let go of a lot of my childhood angst. Unfortunately, my bulimic symptoms did not abate. But, I did experience a good deal of relief from old emotional wounds.

The idea to combine yoga and the Emotional Freedom Technique came to me when I was at the end of my emotional rope. I was literally falling apart. I’d been released from my 18th inpatient treatment after almost 7 months of inpatient treatment and had promptly relapsed yet again. I’d moved a hundred fifty miles away from my home, quit my job, ended a relationship, and changed everything about my life in the belief that it would enable me to recover. And then I’d relapsed again. I was binging and purging nonstop. And I was desperately suicidal.

I was living in Philadelphia in my own apartment. I’d moved from Connecticut because all I’d done there had been to binge and purge and I thought I could run from the disease. I should have been happy in a new place and a new life. But, instead, I’d taken the old behaviors with me. That day, I found myself sitting on my bathroom floor crying, the stench of my last bulimic episode filling the air, food strewn about my living room beckoning me towards the next desperate binge. I couldn’t stop. My bulimia was killing me. Yet, I could not seem to give it up. I wanted desperately to change. But, I was stuck. I felt hopeless and helpless and deeply afraid that I’d never get better. I also felt ashamed.

In the midst of my desperation I decided that I should at least attempt to do one healthy thing for myself even though I knew I was going to spend the rest of the day binging and purging. I crawled into my living room, unrolled my yoga mat and tuned in to my battered and broken body. From deep within my body, there arose the cries of my wounded self. That day, in the middle of my living room floor, I sat on my yoga mat in Easy Pose and felt anything but ease. The tears came. I unleashed years of stored pain and shame. I slowly unfurled my body and began going through various yoga asanas.

“Let me not run from my pain this time,” I told myself. “Let me feel what I’m feeling and listen to what my body is trying to tell me.” In tree pose, I felt the fear that I had been running from my entire life. The certain belief that my eating disorder had been my way of getting out of my fear of dying, my fear of losing myself, my fear of losing control. I sat down upon the mat and was seized by an uncontrollable desire to binge and purge. I wish I could say I didn’t give in, but I did. Yet, something about that episode was different. Yoga had brought me to the realization that I was trying to purge myself of my fear rather than my food. My body was literally screaming that it was afraid and it was only through yoga that I was able to hear its cries and listen to what my body was telling me. It hurt. I was hurting.

On that day, spurred by yoga and the pain of my last bulimic episode, I began to look further inward. I became aware that the emotion at the core of my bulimia was fear. Then, I began to ask myself probing questions: Where had that fear come from? Why was I feeling it? When was the first time I felt that fear?

Suddenly, I was seized by a violent and vivid memory from childhood. As a child, I had suffered from epilepsy. I had felt completely out of control of my body during that time and had been terrified that each grand mal seizure might mean impending death. Because my epilepsy had been long-ago remedied through the use of homeopathy and because my eating disorder hadn’t shown up until six years after I had my last ever seizure, I would never have been capable of drawing a parallel between that childhood angst I felt right when a seizure was coming on and that panicky feeling in my gut that seemed to drive me to binge and purge.

Every time I binged and purged it was to relieve that panicky feeling. And the reason I couldn’t stop was because bulimia was the only thing that worked. Yoga brought my body to that realization. But, awareness alone would not have been enough. I needed to let go of this fear and these old childhood issues. Then I thought about EFT, the Emotional Freedom Technique, and how it had helped me to let go of other things – anger, sadness, grief, loss, anxiety, etc. It had never worked with my bulimia but it couldn’t hurt to try to “tap out” my fear.

I performed EFT on my fear “Even though I have this fear of dying that goes back to my childhood seizures, I deeply and completely accept myself.” And “Even though my bulimia is the only way I can get rid of my fear of dying I love and accept myself.”

EFT allowed me to release that fear from my body and my mind. The result was miraculous. As I said, this experience occurred immediately following a session of binging and purging. I was surrounded by an apartment full of binge food, having planned on a day of episodic binging and purging. But, the moment after I performed EFT on my fear, some internal shift took place. I was rendered incapable of binging and purging. I remained in my apartment, surrounded by a bulimic buffet, but could not bring myself to binge. The desire was completely gone and has not returned. The experience was deeply spiritual and profound. And lasting. A twelve year cycle of self abuse was undone in a few moments of tapping.

My experience that day of combining yoga and EFT taught me that sometimes the body holds answers to the questions that go beyond our mental scope. I learned that through yoga we can come to feel our feelings and then through EFT we can release the energetic blockages that are causing these negative emotions. If EFT works on the discovery statement that “all negative emotions are caused by a disruption in the body’s energy system” and if the treatment for letting go of all negative emotions operates at the level of the body than it makes sense to diagnose at the level of the body as well. Thus, with the death of my bulimia, Emotional Yoga was born.

Living the Spiritual Aspect of You

A while back I was asked by my guides to let them lead me for a full day. I was told that I couldn’t bring any human thought into the day, which meant no ego, and I could only go by the feeling of where I was going and what I was going to be doing. They said my day would start with an appointment I had already scheduled downtown. I agreed reluctantly because my ego was all over this one in a heartbeat. I grew up with trust issues from all the trauma that happened in my life so when you ask me to set aside the one thing in my life that has protected me all these years, “the ego”, I kind of had that deer in the headlights look – a blank stare of fear. But the one thing I do trust now, hard coming, is my guides. I learned a long time ago if I get out of their way, they do not sway me in the wrong direction. It can look like I’m heading in the wrong direction sometimes, but it always, always turns out completely fine and most times the best thing that ever happened to me.

This day I agreed to let them have complete control of turned out to be one of the most peaceful, joyful, amazing days of my life. What happened? Nothing spectacular. I wasn’t struck by any kind of lightning bolt that changed me in any way. But I was changed nonetheless, very easily and happily. Living completely in the spiritual aspect of who you are, is very easy, simple actually, and very beneficial if you want to accomplish any kind of change within your life, especially with ease.

I haven’t gone back to the human response of living very often since. Oh, there are those times I lose my way, but there they are, my wonderful guides, ready to step in at a moments notice and pull me back up to the spiritual existence I am here to live. After all, we are truly spiritual beings living a human existence, not humans trying to be spiritual. All you have to do is give up the “ego control”, to let it all happen. Sounds easy huh? It can be.

The day I let them have the reins of my life was wonderful. It started out with me having to be at a certain place downtown. If any of you know St. Cloud, MN, it is one of the worst places to drive. No, this is not a big city, but the roads here are not easy to keep moving. I remember a long time ago, a truck driver being asked on the Johnny Carson show what was the worst city he ever drove in and he said St. Cloud, MN. Can you believe that? This pretty much shows my age too doesn’t it? The reason why it’s so hard to get around is because the city's answer to controlling traffic is stoplights at almost every intersection. No kidding. And then to make matters worse, people are tired of having to stop at these lights so they run right through the yellow and red all the time. If you’re not looking you are likely to be broadsided by a car that just ran through a red light. When I have the green I find myself looking both ways before I go even though I have the right of way. Anyway, I agreed and gave up control. I was already late, but I found myself not feeling any of the anxiety of being late. I was not allowing myself to go there. I kept telling my self it was ok and I was in very capable hands, good hands. I just let myself be guided by their time frame (which by the way in spiritual aspects is none) and to which route I would be taking. I usually take a street that is mostly a straight shot downtown, very few turns and usually the street with the least amount of traffic. But this time I found myself taking a left just a few blocks from my house and going what felt like way out of my way, but trying not to fight the decision of going left and the feeling of wanting to go straight as I always did, I went with it. As I was driving I noticed I had all green lights, not one red light, minimal traffic in front of me the whole way. When I got downtown I just assumed I would be parking in the usual place, the parking ramp about a block from my destination. There are usually very few parking spots in front of the store I was going to so I just automatically head for the ramp, but this time I felt I needed to turn onto the street that ran in front of the store and there it was, a beautiful open parking spot smack dab in the front of the store. As I pulled into this spot it felt as though it had been waiting for me and as I parked I noticed I was on time, even with me leaving the house behind schedule. Wow! Ok, this was starting to be pretty fun and I was getting into it a little bit more. Wanting to see more is what I was feeling because if they can do this what’s next? So there I was in front of the store and now I needed to put money in the meter, checking my wallet I saw that I had no change and remembered I emptied my change a few days ago in my change jar, but that was at home uh, no change. I did have a dollar so I could go into the store, get change, come back and plug the meter. I got out of my vehicle and to my surprise the meter was full and for the time I needed. Thank you angels. This was so fun, what normally takes me about 20 minutes to travel wound up taking only 10 minutes and I was right in front of the store even with me being taken way off the beaten path from the route that I normally take. See, sometimes going in a straight line is not always the way. If you find yourself weaving here or there it can still work. It doesn’t always have to look and feel bad if you find yourself off the path you think you’re supposed to be on.

I remember thinking to myself, this is wonderful, no stress, no nothing, just happiness, how bad can this be living like this all the time, the peaceful feeling was enormous and I wanted more of it. So I continued on, after this stop I wanted to go shopping for a cookie sheet of some kind. My plan before I was asked to be guided was to find a cookie sheet to put under the water fountain we have in the house. We continually fill it to full because it’s hard to see how much water we’re putting in and then water runs all over the floor so I thought this would be a good solution to my problem. I could put all kinds of rocks on the sheet to cover it up and it would blend with the fountain and this would save time from always having to clean up the water that spills all over.

I was lead to a store that I rarely shop at, surprise surprise. I sat in the parking lot thinking this is not the store I had in mind and I very rarely come here but I agreed to this journey, so in I went. I found my self in the kitchen department looking for this cookie sheet. I found one but it seemed to me that it maybe wasn’t the right size but it was the only one they had so I put it in the cart. I agreed, follow them the whole day. I then found myself in the gadget isle - spoons, whisks things like that. Looking at these made me wonder what I was supposed to be looking for, when I saw it – a lazy susan (a small round board that had a lip around the edge and spins). Ok, this made some sense; I could spin it around and fill the fountain from behind so I would always see how much water was being put in. I then found myself wondering which one I was supposed to be buying, I got nothing so I bought them both thinking I could return the one that didn’t work. Feeling the joy of the day and thinking I would be returning the lazy susan, I would go home and try them out. Again, in the back of my mind knowing I would return the lazy susan (there’s that action of assuming again, oops that was the topic of a recent newsletter) with this thought I was reminded, “no ego at all” for the whole day so I shouldn’t assume I know best. And true to the day on the way home I ended up taking a different route than I usually would with no red lights, green lights the whole way and very little traffic. I went into the house and headed right for the water fountain wanting to prove that I was right. Well I should have known better, the lazy susan worked perfectly and looked great with all the rocks around it. The cookie sheet, well it was way too big, thinking I would return it I started wondering why I had to buy it in the first place, if they were guiding me, my guides should've known full well that it was too big. And then the light bulb went off in my head and I started laughing, when I make pizza using the pizza stone the cheese melts and runs all over the bottom of the oven and makes a huge mess. The last time I made pizza I was thinking I needed a better system. Guess what, this cookie sheet works perfectly under the pizza stone and no more mess to clean up in the oven. Thank you angels... I was finding the day very relaxing, fun, and enjoyable, letting the angels lead me even though it didn’t look anything like what I would have normally done in the situations that were presenting themselves.

Since that day when I start out for any destination I find myself automatically asking what’s my route and letting them lead me. I love it and it seems to take time off my schedule and it is very easy and simple to do. Even my husband commented one day when he asked which way I thought we should be going and when I replied to his question he thought about it and said “whatever” conveying the feeling of doubt to that statement but when we took the way we were being guided he commented “apparently we were supposed to be going this way” because he noticed we had all green lights and it was so easy for us to get to our destination. So even he notices.

Now I know these are easy scenarios for you to grasp giving up the reins of your life for, but I’ve found looking back in the past, I’ve done this quite often and now I am letting them lead me in more serious matters of my life as well. They proved to me over time that I can trust them so I am giving them my life and letting them show me where to go next. At first, I have to admit when it came to money or jobs, what to do next in my relationships or more serious matters, it was somewhat hard to trust them; again that pesky ego gets involved. I was like you, with the concept that you must see it first and then believe, because as humans we are visual in nature, but my guides continually come through for me with one exception, this is that I have to have the expectation that it is going to work out perfectly, I need to believe first and then I get to experience it or see it happen. Trust...what a simple word. What I have learned is that you really need to be as honest as you can with yourself because the ego has a way of clouding over issues that it seems to think it should control in order to protect you. The egos only job is designed to give you only what it knows or what it may remember and if you want to change this ego you need a heavy hand that can lead the ego so it will know and remember and if you trust the angels and your guides you will be able to see clearly where you are being mislead by the ego. If you ask for your guides help you will be shown the true feeling you should have about a situation and from there you can receive guidance on where to go and what to do in order for everything to work out perfectly and comfortably and always with ease. Get that ego out of the equation, it really does not know what’s best for you, your guides are the ones that know, they see all of the big picture you are not seeing and when you let them guide you it becomes easy and simple and very relaxing.

You don’t have to be psychic or intuitive in anyway to allow them to help you. The key is to just say, “yes, I want your help”, “help me and show me” and then get out of their way while they are leading you. This is living the true aspect of being spiritual. No fear, no stress, just enjoyment and relaxation while you are on the journey to wherever or whatever. You don’t need to know, you just need to want.

As I choose to live in the true aspect of my spiritual self, I too, am lead in areas that feel a little uncomfortable and sometimes downright scary, but I still let them lead me and below is what is coming to me at this time.

In these times of great shift and discovery we are moving with much speed and light and unless you know what’s going on and happening it can cause and be much chaos in this light not only for human kind and humanity but also politically and vibrationally too.

As mother earth shifts we must to shift but without prior knowledge to this how will we ever know. That’s why we as lightworkers must now step up and bring forth our knowledge and duties to share with mankind.
We have been on this planet many times and for millions of years, watching the ice age the revolutionary war, the Egyptian times and we could go on with many more worldly events and shifts but you see the great picture.

We are here and have come to you today with a great message of hope joy and faith. The big shift has begun and is now barreling straight for us and we can no longer ignore it. It is time for change big change not only for ourselves but for all of mankind.

We each have a role to play in this picture, something to give offer or share. We are all great beings of great love, compassion and joy and you were brought to earth at these great times to share that with one another and to assist not only mother earth with her great ascension but also each other.

We need to stand up not only for ourselves and what we want but we need to stand up with and for one another shoulder to shoulder, arm in arm, with great joy in essence to bring here forth now what and who we really are and who we truly came to be.

We need to look at the big changes not only within ourselves but for mother earth herself.
We need to honor her bounty and what she has to show and offer in the way of great change gifts and wisdom.

We also need to honor not only ourselves and our bodies with what we put on it, in it, around it and think of it. We need to purify come back to that knowledge of simplicity of love, joy, peace and honor.

We honor you for taking this journey, this long hatred journey that some of you have become to think of it as and know it by. Yes it has been a long journey, but we bring you great joy and hope for what is to come.
On this day mother earth is ascending quite quickly and as 11-11 arrives more shifts will happen more stirrings from within, more great eruptions as we all clear. For some this will feel devastating, for some great joy. Be strong in the knowing though that you are on a great journey of discovery on so many not only earthy levels and realms but also multi faceted universal levels and realms too. Know dear ones you are on the ride to sheer joy and bliss to ease the fear a pain that is felt in each and everyone of you as we make this HUGE LEAP OF FAITH that has never been felt, taken or known before.

As we see you this day know we are uplifting you to rise above this, it is not always an easy journey but we are here and with you to assist you at ANYTIME. We applaud you at this time of great change for you have done well so far. We ask that you leave us now knowing that we are here, we do hear your cries and warnings and we will arrive soon to help you even more with this great uprising of mother earth and her descendents.

Feeling stressed lately?

One of the many benefits of Yoga is reduced stress and a relaxed and clear mind. Read on as I highlight unique ways to use Yoga for stress relief and relaxation! “The antidote to stress is relaxation. To relax is to rest deeply. This rest is different from sleep. Common to all stress reduction techniques is putting the body in a comfortable position, with gentle attention directed toward the breath.” Relax and Renew, Judith Lasater, PhD, PT http://www.rodmellpress.com/relax.html. This is a wonderful book on restorative yoga. I recommend it highly! Let’s take that a little deeper.

In both of my last two intensive four-day trainings with YogaFit® on Restorative Yoga and Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra was discussed and we were able to experience a couple of Yoga Nidra sessions. Richard Miller, PhD, aptly explains that reading about Yoga Nidra is “a bit like reading a description of sugar before you’ve ever tasted such a treat.” Yoga Nidra, The Meditative Heart of Yoga, by Richard Miller, PhD. So if you like what you’re reading here, you’re going to love actually experiencing a Yoga Nidra!

Dr. Miller equates Yoga Nidra to that timeframe between sleep and awake where we wake up naturally in a state of profound relaxation. We can all access this deep state any time of day by taking the time for Yoga Nidra. It induces a profound relaxation in the body and mind, eliminates stress, overcomes insomnia, solves personal and interpersonal problems, resolves trauma and neutralizes and overcomes anxiety, fear, anger, and depression. Yoga Nidra helps burn away negative patterns of conditioning. While experiencing a Yoga Nidra session, we are unaware of the stress, tension, and conflict that we experience during our waking state. We experience a profound sense of contentment and equanimity. “The practice of Yoga Nidra teaches you how to consciously live in and as this Natural State of equanimity even as you go about daily life.” –Yoga Nidra, The Meditative Heart of Yoga, by Richard Miller. While this is not hypnosis, it has similarities in that while you are in a profound state of receptive relaxation, you remain totally aware and alert throughout the process. The actual length of a Yoga Nidra is longer—the ones I experienced were 30-40 minutes of glorious relaxation. I learned in both YogaFit® trainings that it takes the body a full eight minutes to even be ready to relax. Did you get that? Eight minutes for the parasympathetic nervous system to kick in and start to do its healing work on the body. That was one of the key points in the Yoga Nidra training. How many of us take eight minutes to prepare to relax, let alone take eight minutes to relax? Even a typical “final relaxation” at the end of a Yoga class isn’t that long.

This brings me to another tool for deep relaxation. I mentioned that Yoga Nidra wasn’t hypnosis. Yoga connects breath with movement, making it a moving meditation with the body. I’ve learned that when we have completed our usual 60-75 minute Yoga class, and we settle into final relaxation, our bodies are more ready for a total relaxation and more receptive to guided imagery and positive affirmations.

We don’t need to go into the research here documenting the power of the mind to heal the body, but suffice to say when we don’t use the power of our minds to improve the health and well-being of our bodies, we are negating the best partner on our health team—ourselves.

The August issue of Yoga Magazine had a great article on hypnosis http://www.yogamagazine.co.uk/. I remembered thinking at first, what does Yoga have to do with hypnosis? Then I remembered that Yoga is a somatic therapy using mind, body and breath. “Anything you do can be done better if you are relaxed. Sensory Awareness is the key to all Mind-Body methods. Mind-Body methods are practices that promote good health and enhance the quality of life.” The Mind-Body Connection, Linda-Christy Wiler, M.S. I can’t think of a better way to describe the benefits of Yoga.

“Hypnosis is a natural state of heightened awareness where you are using more of your mind than you usually do. The average person uses about 10% of his brain at any present moment. Hypnosis lets us relax and use 100% of our mind to create habits, positive affirmations and change behaviors with the help of the subconscious mind.” http://hyp-yoga.com/index.html.

I ran across the yoga/hypnosis connection again in an article from Yoga Journal magazine that highlighted Hyp-Yoga, the Web-site mentioned above, http://www.yogajournal.com/for_teachers/2772. “Employing the use of visualization and commands, Hyp-Yoga helps students change their mental state, bringing about focus, clarity, and calm. It can be used for an entire sequence, but the benefits are greatest in Savasana (Final Relaxation).” Ah! There’s that connection with final relaxation and the mind being prepped to do more when it’s in a state of relaxation! “Proponents of Hyp-Yoga believe it has the power to bring students into a trance-like state of heightened focus that is similar to states of consciousness during deep levels of meditation. This increased ability to concentrate is the result of elevated levels of gamma brain waves. Gamma brain waves are thought to be responsible for that ‘dropped in’ feeling advanced meditation brings about. According to a study by the Boston University School of Medicine, experienced yoga practitioners can help elevate gamma brain waves during a yoga session, and Hyp-Yoga techniques specifically trigger that state.”

Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Hyp-Yoga during final relaxation provide wonderful ways to use the power of Yoga to enhance your well-being and promote relaxation and stress-relief. I plan to incorporate more of these practices into my yoga classes and offerings!

The Infinite Human: Flow

Imagine sitting in a comfortable inflatable raft, floating downriver at a casual pace, taking in the nourishing sun, a cool breeze and the sights and sounds of nature. To move downstream, no effort or navigation is required; one goes as the river goes. In this river, there is no chance of danger, no rapids to steer away from and no deadly waterfall at the end of the journey. It’s all safe, sound and secure.

What makes this journey so interesting and exciting is that you have not been down this river before and you have no idea what awaits you around the bend. And yet, each moment of the raft ride is filled with the immensity of what nature has to offer. The key to enjoying this heightened experience, though, is just to relax and let the raft and river take you on the journey. There is literally nothing to do, outside of just being aware of that which is. It’s an opportunity to “go with the flow.”

In the self-awareness of the light, one experiences a feeling of “going with the flow,” much as one would in the river. In this awareness, the life experience is one that seems to flow in and through one’s being. This “flow” can be felt as a very gentle and subtle nudge that guides one along life’s path. It is never forceful, yet if offers us the opportunity to live in our highest way. It steers us to where we need to go for our soul’s experience and, ultimately, to our greatest fulfillment.

Just as with the other qualities of the light, the flow is experienced when the thinking mind has been sufficiently quieted. While the thinking mind can feel at times like a stormy sea, the flow is a calm and tranquil experience generated through and by the soul. While “flow” suggests action, it is a perceived movement of the light that is pure and peaceful. In its nature, it is benevolent and leads us only to that which is fulfilling on a soul level.

The flow is experienced in the present. It is the energy and light and guidance of the moment. It does not necessarily give us what lies ahead around the bend, so to speak, nor does it dwell on that which has been already experienced upriver. The flow naturally brings to us that which is ours and that which is needed for the experience our soul desires for us. Whether it is food, shelter, ideas, resources, people, insight or guidance, the flow contains all that is needed in the present for a complete life experience.

By nature, the flow is abundant; it does not lack. Within the flow is the infinite intelligence of what is needed for the situation at hand. It may not meet the wants and projected desires of the individual that come from a conditioned and thinking mind, but it always provides what is projected from the soul or light level. And, to receive the abundance of the soul, one need only sit in the raft and welcome all one naturally attracts.

This does not mean there will be no physical action and/or thought in the process of living one’s life. However, what physical energy one needs to carry out the desires of the soul will be there. And, what ideas or information is needed to live naturally will come as well. Though the body and mind are aspects of the light as well, they can be seen as tools for expressing the desires of the soul. There is great joy in physical movement and mental exercise when it is expressed naturally from the light.

In the analogy of the river, the flow is seen as energy moving through water, much as light moves through the cosmos. In the experience of the flow through linear time, there is the sense of a connection between and among all aspects of the flow. The river, while composed of many droplets of water, is one river flowing in a harmonious manner. The energy moving in and through the water is aware and intelligent, just as the flow that is experienced by the human being. One need not dissect or analyze the flow to comprehend it. Instead, one needs only to surrender to it and allow it to do its “magic.”

Going with the flow involves complete trust in the nature of the flow. The flow is simply a quality of the light, which is the inherent goodness of existence. It is of the same fabric as all other characteristics of the light, though perhaps it is described according to its nature of movement. While the thinking-mind is capable of interfering with the flow, an awareness and acceptance of the flow will reject any potential detours to the natural direction of the flow. It is in the still and quiet mind that the flow is ever so clearly experienced, and it is a mind clear of fear and doubt that allows the flow to be expressed.

One may have no funds, no food and no idea how nourishment may come one’s way in the coming moments. Perhaps the stomach is growling, and the situation appears hopeless. When one relies on the flow, there will be some way that the needs will be addressed. The infinite intelligence knows all and sees all from the state within each of our physical cells to the state of the grandest of universes. With such knowledge will come an inspiration, an opportunity or a situation that will bring about the fulfillment of our needs. Our duty as human beings is simply to be open and responsive to that which is in the flow. Following the flow, by nature, brings us great joy and abundance.

In making the commitment to “going with the flow,” one knows that “everything is going to be just fine.” There is no need to worry for tomorrow or fear that one will be without. There is no lack in the flow; it always takes care of itself. Being of the light, we have no need to be concerned in the least about any shortages in life. The flow knows us better than we know ourselves.

As another example, imagine one is driving in the middle of a desert and suddenly the car stops running. What is one to do? What about the threat of attack or being stranded? In this situation (and any other), one need only turn to the flow to know what is the best action (or non-action) in the moment. Perhaps it is best just to sit and wait for a short period, as there is a traveler on the way who can provide assistance. While the mind may not be aware of the help on the way, the infinite intelligence does know and the soul may inform the stranded traveler to stay put for the time being.

The flow is not limited to so-called drastic situations only. The flow is a way of life, a “place” that we can call home and a force to which we can surrender. It is how we are meant to live, not to rely on the rational, thinking, calculating and “common sense” mind only. Some may call “going with the flow” irresponsible and careless, yet there is no greater responsibility than in relying on infinite intelligence to be the captain of our life ship. The flow naturally dictates where our life goes in every moment and every situation. When we live in the flow, the flow is always in our awareness. The flow is beyond thinking, yet the flow can use our mental abilities to manifest in the mental and physical realms.

Infinite intelligence knows our needs for the span of our lifetime. So, in the flow, it is entirely possible that we will be guided to set up a savings account for use later in life. Or, it is just as likely to have us without any savings, knowing that wealth will come our way through some unanticipated means later in life. In the flow, there is no “need to know” about all in advance. The present is sufficient unto itself.

Living in the flow is easy, fun and joyful. We do not need problem-filled lives characterized by struggle, anxiety and worry. We can rest in the knowingness that we shall be carried along our path as if on a glorious chariot, in this case, a chariot of light. Or, if we prefer the water, we can enjoy life’s journey by simply floating downstream. The only rule in life is no rule at all: Go with the flow.

"Grounding it all in!"

Hi my miraculous friend,

Are you sensing the electricity in the air? Many of us have been processing some profound inner transformation due to all the extraordinary celestial happenings this summer which included two eclipses, quite a few powerful astrological alignments, the summer solstice, and of course the abundance of solar flares that have poured into our atmosphere and continue to do so.

For many of us, this powerful combination of events has served to peel off even the deepest layers that have been preventing us from being our most authentic self. With all these layers being cleared away so fast, it's absolutely normal that many of us might feel burnt out with almost no energy left, maybe even feeling like we've been put through the ringer.

Although many of us are still processing through this heavy releasing phase for the next few weeks, we are now moving into the next chapter of our lives which is all about anchoring and grounding into physical form, the manifestation of all the inner-work we've faithfully done on ourselves over the past few years. This inner-work has served to remind us of who we really are and what our lives are really about, which is to experience Ultimate Joy and to reconnect with our Truest Divine Nature.

Prior to entering this physical experience, we knew that we would go through all the challenges of forgetting who we really were, so that we can evolve and remember who we have always known ourselves to be on a deeper level, Divine Beautiful Spiritual Beings of Love, experiencing more of ourselves in physical form.

Grounding it all in:

Right now, we are in a time of major grounding. Grounding moves us into the present moment, which transcends all time and space and reconnects us to our core essence. With this awareness, that getting fully present allows us to transcend time, we can easily manifest into physical form our deepest and truest desires with ease and grace. Some amazing ways to ground at this time are to connect with nature by sitting in the grass, placing our feet in the soil of Mother Earth, and feeling the warmth of the sun on our skin. Getting fully present in our five senses, being grateful, and being of service are also extraordinary ways to ground.

Recognizing the freedom in grounding:

For many, the idea of grounding may feel a bit constricting, because of the misconception that grounding means we have to be fixed or inflexible in some way. Because of this, especially in many of the spiritual communities, there tends to be a strong focus on looking outside one's self for some thing to save us, almost like an escape. What this does, is move us out of our power and into victim consciousness.

When we recognize the value and importance of grounding by getting present through sacred processes such as gratitude, connecting with nature, being of service to ourselves and others, among many other things we can do, we begin to understand how much of a gift our lives are, and how privileged each of us are to be here on this planet during this unprecedented, and historic time. We begin to recognize how miraculous it is that we get to experience our five senses through our gifts of sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch; things that many of us might be taking for granted. When we recognize what grounding really means, then we understand that grounding leads to freedom which ultimately moves us back into our Divine Power.

As we continue to release the layers that no longer serve us personally, we also do the same globally. There has been and will continue to be a great deal of distraction through media outlets to 'keep us busy' from doing our inner-work, however if we focus on our grounding, we naturally disconnect ourselves from buying into the distractions preventing us from stepping into our Greatest Most Divine Selves. And if for some reason, we do find our selves buying into the distractions, we can use this time as a wonderful opportunity to send Unconditional Love back to all the distractions being shared with us through the media outlets.

With an open heart comes an open mind, where a world of beauty, joy, and miracles can play in their full glory. This is the direction we are already moving in, and together we are quickly birthing a Divine Miraculous New World into physical form full steam ahead!

Relationships in the New Energy

Everything in creation holds an energy frequency. It seems so obvious to many of us. Yet, so many have not embraced that philosophy. There are those that still choose to live unconsciously and make choices that are not in direct alignment and in harmony with their lives. Living, as well as non-living objects, hold resonancy, the frequency to which they vibrate.

All of our relationships are undergoing a massive shift. As we are clearing out the old within, we can expect how we relate to others would need to change as well. In order for us to transition to the next level of conscious awareness our relationships need to be in harmonious balance.

The first relationship we must work on is the one we have with ourselves. Making sure we are honoring our body and taking good care of ourselves. I’m finding I need much more rest, exercise, good nutrition, fun, fresh air, pure water and supplements than ever before. Clearing out clutter from my environment has been extremely important as well. I have taken the time to give to myself what I need. Our energetic body easily becomes depleted in this intense energy, especially for the highly sensitive ones. I can feel the sticky, slick energy of the oil spill in my energy field at times. Clearing out what we each hold within, assists in the purging of negativity from our planet. Individually we are doing the work that benefits the collective.

In our intimate relationships with our long term partner or in beginning a new one, we are yearning for a partnership that is in balance with what we want and need. In the past we searched for someone specifically to raise a family with, financial security, companionship, and sexual fulfillment. While of course all of those reasons are still pertinent in what we need in a relationship in the new energy, the most important thing is resonancy, which is feeling a deep, fulfilling connection in a relationship. I call it a familiar, someone who feels familiar to me. I can be myself around them, not having to make idle chatter and connect with or without words. Oftentimes we connect with a soulmate, which is not always the easiest relationship. Some soulmate relationships come to teach us things about ourselves. A familiar is someone whom we can breathe easy around and feels like home.

We have a yearning to be seen and accepted for who we truly are. We cannot fix or rescue someone else that cannot or will not do it for themselves. Seeking a partnership based on a respect, trust, kindness, love, intimacy, passion, and joy brings true fulfillment. We are beyond settling in order to have the status quo. We instead seek relationships that are nurturing, giving, and make us feel good. If it causes us an uneasy feeling insdie, than our intuition tells us to get out. New energy relationships bring out the best in us, not the worst.

Rather than be in an unfulfilling relationship its best to work on ourselves until we the right person comes along. When we are in alignment, and in balance the pathways to the next step of the journey become very obvious and illuminated.

Our relationship within our family is shifting as well. Whether it is with our children, parents, siblings or extended family. We can no longer tolerate any behavior that does not honor our divinity. It’s important to have healthy boundaries and honor how we deserve to be treated. We are setting the standard to demand respect and kindness from others. When we treat ourselves the way in which we wish to be treated it sets the tone of how things must be. No matter how the interactions in the past were with certain family members, it is no longer acceptable or tolerable in the new energy. It doesn’t take a lot of drama to change the dynamics, but it does take consistency, patience, and perseverance.

We must have self worth and self love in order to know what we want and deserve in our relationships. Being gentle and kind to ourselves is so necessary at this time. Do not overextend or overexert your time or energy. Realize your needs matter and in order to be present, open, and connected to others we must first be connected with ourselves. In order for us to have a true connection within, we need to be in alignment with Source and all that is.

PRAYER

Dear God,

I honor my divinity. I Iove, respect, and nurture myself in many ways. I choose relationships that make me feel good. I am in direct alignment with the highest and greatest potential for my life. Please help me heal any relationships in my life that are out of balance. I open my heart to letting love in. I choose the path of love. May I attract only loving, kind, and respectful relationships.

And so it is.

Birthing Unity and What It Has Shifted Within Us All

Just as the Star Elders predicted, we are in a huge integration period initiated by grand alignments, eclipses, the solstice and the accelerating energies of the Maya calendars. The cycles are quickening and intensifying at a multiplying rate of speed. Many people feel exhausted, and we need to sleep more and do less. Many of us are having little health scares in various forms. We are feeling emotional for no apparent reason. Our bodies are under great pressure to assimilate the energy pulses from tsunami size waves of heightened frequencies of light. The universe is asking us to slow down and listen for updated working orders. If we don’t slow down and listen, the universe will find a way to make us do so. According to the Star Elders, and what I read into the Maya calendars, this integration is expected to continue until the end of August, and then pick up again briefly between September 01st through September 10th. What happens after that we can only speculate as we cannot conceive what has shifted as yet. We are still integrating the new territory. We are pioneers of a new future.

Raphael and I went to Kauai for the Conscious Convergence (July17 - 18) inspired by author Carl Calleman. We were hoping that we were going to have a nice little beach vacation. Yes . . . I was trying to escape the coming tidal wave by going to a well known Lemurian paradise. The goal was to have a much needed break and to explore a possible new home base, but the island had something else in mind. I think the spirit of the island knew it only had a week to do as it wanted with us. So let us say that relaxing on the beach didn’t happen. Every time we went to the beach for a swim or to relax in the sun, it rained. As soon as we got back to the car, the rain instantly stopped. This happened over and over again until it became hilarious. I was starting to take it personally that the island was not giving me what I wanted . . ., BUT ultimately I did get exactly what I needed! What did happen, once we surrendered reluctantly, is that we connected with the local community and understood its focus and way of living in these turbulent times. We found our flow when we connected with friends, and made a bunch of new friends.

As we saw it, the community of Kauai lives from the heart with a great commitment to support to the community. With this commitment comes a great deal of trust for living in the moment. The community does not buy into the global, collective consciousness of fear, which was a nice change from mainland paranoia. Maybe this is because Kauai is untouched Lemurian energies in the middle of the Pacific Ocean (the Peace Ocean ). This I feel is Kauai ’s community’s greatest gift to the collective consciousness. . . fearless living, trust and support.

Once we got home we were fairly worn out, and slept for three days. Yes, we integrate while we sleep, even though we think we are wasting time. Soon I began to see the global shifts that this powerful time has initiated. It is a very volatile, unpredictable energy surrounding the planet right now. We are feeling stuck, and shoved all at the same time. This is because the universe is trying to tell us something NEW, and we don't now how to hear it as yet. It is not a familiar territory, and it is driving us a little crazy. We can't be in our heads anymore. We have to live from the heart. We need to find a new way to relate to our world, because the basic principles of reality of this world are changing right before our eyes.

I began to notice that this new energy is making us feel, in many ways, like we are back in spiritual kindergarden, and many of us are feeling quite self critical . . . in some cases we can’t stand parts of ourselves any longer. I am sure this is a process in which we are letting go of outdated aspects of ourselves that we will no longer need in the new world. Right now we are creating a new world. If we like different aspects of our reality, then they will come along to the new world with us. If we don’t, they won’t. The necessary, critical emotion is helping us shape a new world in which we will manifest our bliss . . . not our blisters. When the time comes for the final phase of the shift, it will be easy to LET GO of all that is not blissful for our evolution into the next world. Right now we are learning about the ultimate surrender.

Because of this process, we are getting stuck in our heads an awful lot . . . trying to decide what is the right thing to do. Nothing about life feels smooth, or peaceful, but yet oddly it does. We can't seem to decide between different opportunities. Things that used to be important to us to participate in, we find ourselves on the fence about it, or not caring if we do it at all. We want something, and then we don't. We want to go somewhere, and then we don't. We want to move, and then we don't. Many of us know that we have everything we could want or need in this world, and still are not feeling fulfilled. We feel this way because our spirit is already aware of the paradise emerging right in front of us. We are preparing to let go of all things that make us feel unfulfilled, so we can be reborn into a new world.

This new law of Unity is also about sharing resources; not hording them . . . and supporting community; not competing with others. We are being asked to think beyond our personal lives. Unity comes when we understand that the universe has unlimited abundance for everyone on Earth as long as we come from a consciousness of sharing and supporting. In other words, we must think beyond our own personal needs and think of the entire global community, because what we do for ourselves affects everyone. Spirit supplies what we need . . . not necessarily what we want. Need is manifested from Spirit. Want is created from ego. If we look for security (a.k.a. fear of the future), or something familiar (a.k.a. the mechanistic mind), or even something for our individual self (a.k.a. ego), it doesn't seem to work as well anymore. We are at a time that we must broaden our intents to include our neighbors, our countries and the entire planet.

When we achieve unity, it will strip away our titles, costumes, and guru followings. There will be no more need for spiritual hierarchies. Everyone is holy; not just the few we isolate up on lonely pedestals. Unity is the ultimate family circle. Unity is not about us all being the same, like mindless clones, but about coming together with all our diversities revealing an entire holistic picture of the collective. All we can do now to get to the promised land is to follow our heart’s path, and know that, only when we express our piece of the puzzle, will we begin to see the whole picture together.

We are also becoming painfully aware of those that have been pretending to be working in the light, and have other energy robbing and disrespectful agendas. Remember the story of “The emperor has no clothes”? The new energy will not tolerate false prophets, and new age predators dressed in sheep's clothing any longer. A new shift in the collective consciousness will manifest when we quit looking over our shoulder for catastrophe, and being to look forward realizing the collective of humanity can and will manifest a new and fully awakened world. We will live with integrity, sincerity, humility, impeccability, and self responsibility, while living in the present moment. We will be set free from our sorted, painful history and limiting memories that influence us. This freedom from the past will help us to drop our armor and boundaries that separate us, and we will become unified. This is a time when everyone will come together as equals, global cosmic/citizens.
I am looking forward to the day when we can come together as equals not knowing to each others titles, spiritual status or positions or giving more authority to one or another, and relate to each other with respect knowing that each one has an equally important part to play in this awakening. Some positions may look more glamorous or prestigious, but that is just our old perceptions of a fading world. Everyone has done their part to help the awakening if they recognized this or not. We are all in the same boat. If you think you are cruising in an exclusive yacht, your ego is kidding yourself.

So this is it . . . The only thing I know for sure at this moment is that if we follow the flow, and not fight it, and listen to our hearts, our new world will manifest just as we have dreamed. We are ALL members of the awakening human race. We can do this, if we do it together.

There is a unique place in the Akashic Records for every period of time, including each month. As we approach a new month, the possibilities and probabilities of the month come into form, and can be understood as a general energy that each of us works with individually. The Akashic Transformations monthly channeling is offered to you by Jen Eramith in order to facilitate your life experiences as you move through the month.

What energy and experiences can we expect in August 2010?

This month has a sense of stability and a sense of chaos together. This month you are going to see a lot of dynamics that have been hidden deep under the surface come to the surface. They have been hidden deep within all of you. They have been held as secrets in organizations and institutions.

This is a month when secrets are going to come bubbling to the surface. If you think of the year of 2010 as the year of truth, through the year up until now, you have been dealing with the truth, you have been looking at the truth, and you have had to face some things in your lives that were difficult. Now at this point in the year, when you have cleared enough on the surface or the more superficial levels of yourselves and of your organizations -- now you are ready to delve into the deepest, heaviest, darkest truths.

This is a time when secrets will be uncovered and much will be revealed. You are likely to see large collective endeavors taking place that bring truth to light whether they be international conflicts that help to reveal secretive agreements that were made between governments, or whether they are natural disasters that helped to reveal the flaws in your systems. The power dynamics that you have established between different countries, different states, different organizations -- all of these things will be revealed through events that bring them to the surface and call your attention undeniably to the truth about things that you never could see before.

You will also see this process of exposure in your individual lives. It is time now to face the deepest, hardest truths of your life. The things that have held you back for decades, maybe even for many lifetimes before, will make themselves known this month and it will take a lot of effort to resist seeing these things.

If you find yourself exhausted this month, consider that you are exhausting yourself by resisting seeing the truth. Just look for the truth. Keep asking yourselves on a daily basis, what is it that I know here? What is being revealed in this situation? Just keep asking yourself, what do you know? What is true for you? What are you feeling? What does that tell you about the situation? There cannot possibly be enough questions that you ask yourself this month.

It can be a difficult month, especially if you are in resistance. It can also be a difficult month because it is painful to see truths that have long been held secret. But overall, this month has a very solid, stabilizing energy to help support you through this. This is a good month to explore the energy of the divine masculine -- the comforting, compassionate, stabilizing parts of you. Look for your strength and be willing to reach out to get help from others and to help others. But, make sure that you do not try to help others to see the truth. Trust that their environment and their circumstance will lead them to the truth in their own perfect time. Instead, reach out to one another and offer support in the form of compassion. Do not tell people the answer. Simply hold them in comfort and love as they uncover the answer for themselves.

Are there any other ways that we can work best with the energy of this month?

Something that would be beneficial and makes a big difference for all of you this month is if you will individually decide to move forward with the truth rather than trying to pretend that things will go back to the way they were. This can feel like a very powerless position at this point of the evolution of humanity because the problems are so big and far-reaching, that deciding to face the truth does not really seem to make much difference at all. It just makes you feel very aware of how powerless you are in this moment to change or affect the entire world.

The more of you that decide to accept the fact that things are changing, that they will never go back to the way that they were -- the more of you who do this, the more you are making space in society and in the world, for everyone to eventually step out of denial and move forward. You will not see the effects of this right away, but it will make an enormous difference if you will gently, consistently look to the future based on what you see happening now rather than imagining how you can try to get things to go back to the way that they were. That will not happen. Any efforts that you as an individual or your government or large institutions make to try to put things back the way they were, will turn out to be just patches that eventually wear through.

Are there any power days this month?

Yes. August 7 through 15 is a time of special power. This is a time when it is most potent for you to access the divine masculine. (It will serve you to listen to the Akashic Transformations channeling on the Divine Masculine to learn more about exactly how you can access the divine masculine.) This week is a time to call forth your inner strength. Decide to step up to the plate and take care of yourselves and take care of anything in your sphere of influence. It is an important time for taking accountability.

August 30 has a benevolent, calming, expanding energy. It is like a cosmic hug. Look for a way to take good care of your body, mind, and spirit on August 30.

Is there any final information the Keepers want to say about this month?

Yes. The Keepers want to say that the truth can be difficult to face, but the truth is what brings you your power. There is an enormous amount of hope available this month. That hope resides completely in your willingness to dig for the deeper truths -- let them come to the surface and see them for what they are. If you really let go of the past and you really let go of the old attachments, what you will find is an incredible amount of hope and energy for the future.

If you feel hopeless or exhausted this month, again, you can know that somewhere deep within you are resisting the truth or denying what is really happening, trying to hold onto the past. If you find yourself exhausted this month, keep looking for any part of your life or the world around you in which you are holding resistance or standing in denial. If you will do that, you will keep uncovering the truths that set you free. Reclaiming the hopefulness that is your birthright at this quickly evolving, very energized and exciting time in the story of humanity.

When I was a little girl I was happy just skipping along through the day. I always new that I was special. When going through life we sometimes allow others to beat us down and start believing what they say. I understand now that just being who we are is ok.....I love life!!! I love all the wonderful encounters everyday brings me. We are all special. I don't need to look outside of my self for approval anymore. Whatever I do is ok. Each day of our journey is what we choose it to be. I choose beautiful relationships, beautiful love, seeing through my real eyes, feeling joy, creating new and exciting adventures, and just being happy with being..... Sunshine and daisies always!!!

Clearing away anything which does not fit with your “future” incarnation of self in the emerging NOW of the 5D is the focus of the coming months, especially July. The incoming solar waves will be strong and blow through; clearing much that is clutter, distraction and a distortion of your field out! This is challenging to say the least and depending on the role each of you is playing in the ascension drama—which is what it feels like lately {Smile! ...hang in there}--your experience will be different.

Oriented to the moment of unfolding is the nearly tireless and seemingly endless energy of your ascended masters and the transition team from the heavens, the Council of Light and the Council of Michael, the Cosmic Christ Council and the many Galactic teams who stand holding open energy vortexes, supporting and amplifying the new holographic framework and making themselves available to you as needed for inspiration, clarity and support. Ground upward and tap into this amazing array of your star family assembled for this incredibly counting down of the timelines and the aligning of the geometries within you and your sphere which are accelerating and moving forward the key aspects of Gaia’s ascension.

Normalizing this process will be a challenge for the emerging new is not the norm, nor has it been. Meaning: what is emerging as the new is continually changing; in flux and not stable for any period of time which is especially noticeable for you increasingly plugged into the earth grid as your chakra system and your DNA system are aligning, reconnected and flowing the collective energies of the unified field. Although you may look out your window and see the same street, trees and cars drive by as though all is the same, more and more of you know this is not the case. And as you are plugged in to the unified field energetically and structurally—not just by joining unified consciousness with your focus, but physically experiencing the structural changes in your bodies, the awakening of your cellular memories which are revealing and activating awareness of the confluencing timelines—this process is becoming more disorienting rather than blissful! Bliss being your prior experience with Unity Consciousness…and it will be again, but understand that as you tap into the essence-- which is ALL that will be going through the portal between the 8th and the 9th octaves of creation—you are feeling the journey from an increasingly un-buffered, vulnerable state and your experience reflects that.

This is nothing to be afraid of, it’s like you got out of a luxury vehicle—a car like a Cadillac, or a Lexus that drives like it is floating above the road—and into a Porsche or another highly tuned roadster that is low to the ground and as you drive, becomes one with the road.

You and the road have merged…and you feel this, and there is too a loss of control you experience as though the gas pedal was not under your control, there is really and truly no brakes and the road is unpredictable. Exciting, stimulating and full of surprises and something that at this pace can be quite exhausting and tiring…I think I’ve mentioned the idea before, but I’ll say it again: view the whole thing as a roller coaster. Put your hands up in the air, feel the wind in your face and trust that the whole thing is safe and try to enjoy yourselves.

Once the ride is over, you’ll stand up again, feet on the ground and you can even be still if you want! A little wobbly from being turned entirely upside down and everything being dumped out of your pockets, but feeling wildly alive and likely a little hungry and ready for a feast.

Sit down with your closest friends, look at “pictures of your faces” and remember all the ways you felt and feel delighted with yourself for not hesitating to get on the ride and give it a go. After all—life is supposed to be fun; an adventure! Right? And you are going for the ride of your lives.

Okay, so you’ve had enough? We hear you. Oh my beloved ones hang in there. The journey is long, but you are no longer alone and living in your private, secluded caves as you were during the time up until the beginning of 2010. You have come together and are sharing the experience more and more and these meetings are moving past the internet and into phone calls and physical get-togethers and more and more you feel part of different tribes who are soul-groups reassembling for the work at hand and the activation of your collective memories.

You will find yourself drawn to certain experiences and memories, books, messages, people, places, and the resonance will lead you to connect the dots as more and more of the parallel realities in which key versions of yourself reside bleed-through into this experience as we approach the narrow opening into infinity and emerge whole within the new holographic framework, the thought-form of the New Gaia, Terra Nova that we co-created together. You will find physical changes in your bodies which amaze you no less than the emergence of cultures and places you imagined only to exist in the past or in another dimension; as diversification and the elevated frequency of the earth make inhabitation possible for many who long to return or to be here in that NOW.

Standing alongside you are legions of light filled beings; transmitting LOVE and carrying for you whatever you are not yet ready to carry yourselves. As your bodies evolve you anchor and integrate more and more. All of this is part of the journey. And anchoring more often involves releasing more first—as though it’s creating space, but truly it is more that that which is out of alignment with your rapidly ascending and stabilizing and ascending and stabilizing frequency gets dropped from your energy and thus your perspective.

It is a credit truly to your willingness to go with the flow that the current times are so challenging; for it is simply because of your willingness to open, release, re-align and transform that you are taking in such large quantities of light = information that you experience these trying and we KNOW exhausting moments and the physical and emotional pain of feeling you are being stripped bare of all that you know, trust and love. Be not afraid.

It's a lot to metamorphosize, as anyone who understands what happens to the caterpillar once he follows his inner urgings and spins himself into that vessel into which he dissolves, merges, becomes one with and then ultimately pops out of well understands, and you might reflect on this. And remember, the caterpillar then emerges: specific and unique once again, and totally transformed and, need we say it? With wings. {Smile!}

It is a cliché it is such a well-used metaphor, but we remind you in this situation the comparison is well, a bit more LITERAL. It is therefore fitting to remind you of the beauty of that journey, and that your own biological-physical-energetic-emotional-conceptual-heart-centered journey is no less. And collectively, far more influential. {Smile}

I hope I got you to smile a little bit!

Take more baths. Nap more. Eat ice cream on the 4th of July—all you Americans…and anyone else who feels like a little treat. Just be nice to yourselves. This is a gristly moment of the journey and recognize it as such and just hang on! Or rather: let go...

I AM the Archangel Michael and I protect you; so know that the mechanics who care for your vessel are trustworthy and you are safe...and may I remind you how profoundly loved you each eternally ARE. Namaste.

The longest day of the year! Light! Sunshine! Warmth!

And a dooooozy of energies happening. There is a great amount of shifting, aligning, releasing, clearing, integrating, digesting, assimilating, transforming, creating, manifesting ..... whatever is happening for you, just allow it to be whatever it is and try not to get stuck how we "think" it is supposed to be or go by what others say. The ONE thing I can confidently say about this time is GO WITHIN. Use and TRUST your own inner guidance for EVERYTHING. This should be a no-brainer ALL the time, but we tend to forget this fact. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Allow yourself to be human and not to get stuck in the "oooh but its not very spiritual of me to eat chocolate or yell at my kids or drink a beer or ... " whatever. Allow your experiences to just BE the experiences. Allow the JOY of life to come in. Allow the LOVE of all that YOU ARE to come in! This summer is bound to present some changes on so many levels, so why not have some FUN at the same time?

On a recent visit to Michigan I found myself talking with a friend of my brothers. He seemed to be in a sad state so I approached him as we worked outside pulling weeds from a bed of flowers. The therapist in me immediately wanted to let him know that I would be a safe place for him to express himself. Crop Circle and Vision Confirms that the Dimensions are Merging
May 8, 2010 - Message received in Sedona, Arizona during a ceremony circle with Willaru Huayta and Aluna Joy.

During a ceremony circle, atop a red rock vista in Sedona, Arizona with a group of old and new friends, I received a message about the birth of the new world and how the dimensions are now beginning to merge. Unfortunately we didn't record the message, so here I will do my best to recall what I received . . .

Our group circled together, and quickly I began to see heart cords emerging from everyone's hearts and merging at the center of our circle. All of our cords began to braid like an intricate weaving. This unified cord began to rise up, and then they opened like a moon jelly fish of light. It was our collective light body. It was very beautiful. Tentacles of light that were draping down were anchored to the Earth all across Sedona. It appeared that the points that these chords of light were anchored to were in very specific areas. At first I thought our ceremony was just about anchoring light in Sedona, but quickly the vision grew.

The light body created by our hearts began to grow so big that it reached out to the place between our atmosphere and outer space. The Earth and its atmosphere were completely encompassed by this umbrella of light. Cords of light began to anchor all over the world. It became apparent that many people around the world were assisting in what we were doing here in Sedona, even though we were not aware of each other. Once all of these cords, from the heart centers of the light workers, were anchored to the Earth, they began to go deeper into the Earth's core. At this point, all of these cords reconnected into a place that looked like a seed, or a giant egg. I began to realize that this was an embryo for our new world. Our love, positive intentions, and creative power that came from our hearts centers were acting as the fertilization for this embryo. It was also apparent this embryo was about to hatch. It was quite apparent that Earth needed us, but we also needed the Earth. It is a divine symbiotic relationship.

I began to examine this egg/seed/embryo to understand it further. I could see the light body and the light cords going through to the center of the Earth to this embryo. But the light cords did not stop here. They passed all the way through the Earth and circled back around again. At this point, the earth looked like a tube torus. If you don't know what a tube torus is, it simply looks like a giant spiraling cosmic bagel. The embryo was in the center of the bagel.

So again I looked at the embryo, and I saw it was attached in two places . . . like two umbilical cords. In one place, it was attached to the world we are in now. On the opposite side of the bagel, it was attached to the new world. The center point was this embryo. I saw that the world we are in was beginning to be absorbed by the new world, and the new world was being absorbed by the world were in. It was becoming ONE. The egg was beginning to hatch.

The Star Elders shared that this was yet another step toward us manifesting the new world. It was a huge turning point. They also shared that we would begin to see the effects of this merging immediately, and that it would take several months to complete. We ended our circle knowing something powerful had shifted in us and the world, but we didn't know to what extent we had shifted. A few days later it became apparent.

We discovered later that on May 8th (the day of our ceremony) that there were spectacular, multiple solar flares. This can make people feel agitated and un-easy and accelerates transformation immensely. Solar flares can break apart old patterns that are no longer needed so new ones can emerge. This can make us feel hyper and exhausted all at the same time. It can also wreak havoc with technology. I lost my computer monitor.

On the evening of May 8th, something else miraculously happened that really anchored this vision into reality. Near Stonehenge in England, a crop circle appeared in the night. The next morning it was reported to us by our dear friends Bea and David. The crop circle accurately described the vision we had the day before. The crop circle shows the two spiraling dimensions traveling through a large center circle . . . very much like a tube torus / bagel. This was yet another confirmation that what we were doing here in Sedona was connected to a much larger global activation.

We began noticing many symptoms of this new activation. Time and space was beginning to wobble even more erratically than before. We seem to be loosing track of time easily. The day simply disappears. We are not sleeping very well . . . again. There is lots of tossing and turning in the night. We are hearing reports of many unusual dreams. We are feeling huge power surges followed by energy drop outs. There were many reports of nausea, and body aches and pains. Many felt deep grief. Some felt like they were walking on water. Others said that when they closed their eyes at night, everything was spinning. There have been visual disturbances, inner ear issues, throat and thyroid issues, cold feet (from being between worlds) and even a weird symptom of having tongue dryness. These symptoms are already subsiding here in Sedona, but they seem to be spreading across the earth quickly.

Spring is near, the weather is beautiful and so many of us are rushing outside and finally getting the exercise our bodies have been craving! As I thought about implementing a program for myself, I was supported and encouraged with this thought… If you wanted to cross the ocean, you would need a vessel capable of doing the job. Our bodies are our vessel that we choose to use in order for our divine light to shine and to aid in our service to others. It only makes sense that we would take care of it so that we may continue on.

Keeping our vessel in great working order is key; not only do we receive our guidance more easily and accurately but it is easier to serve others and work toward completing our mission as well.

Just as a ship or plane needs to be maintained and in working order to complete its mission (getting you across the ocean), any repairs, upgrades or changes must be made. So we must also do with ourselves otherwise we can easily lose an engine or wing and spiral down or hit an iceberg and sink to the bottom. How can you be of service if you are stuck in bed or in a hospital from the result of neglecting your health, be it mental, emotional, physical or spiritual?

With spring so near and the weather cooperating (thank you Mother Nature!), make a decision to repair your vessel and get it sailing or flying in the right direction!

Challenges of the New Human

The shift in your own openness to your soul connection and to trusting in your own divinity has changed many aspects of your experience, and it is profoundly, lately, affected your mood and your experience of conflict-you find yourself increasingly triggered by others around you and many of you are awakening with just an incredible sense of sadness or depression that seems unexplainable.

Simultaneously, the energies of this month are presenting an enormous invitation to release and let go of what no longer fits-and you, many of you, are going out to meet this invitation with a willingness that is astonishing! So strong and courageous you are! And yet these difficult feelings are persisting and as such your experience has been, increasingly a challenge.

Today I wish to talk a bit about how Unity Consciousness is working in your experience to create these feelings and what perspective will be liberating and put you not back-but forward-into a more sustained state of joy, love and exhilaration!

First let's celebrate!! {Smile!}

The inner workings of your connection to All-That-Is are increasingly unbridled and you are able to notice the incoming sense of alignment impulses from the Omniverse, with which you are one, and increasingly with which you are harmonizing and blending! This is an enormous shift in your experience of wholeness! And much freedom comes from this as you are able to further align with your own inner sense of things; continually extracting your focus from the completed hologram (which you are creating continually) to instead be in the NOW, the point of power and creativity and orient to your emerging inner vision: what feels good next. You are increasingly facile in realizing that the current experience is only the manifestation-as you know-of a previous, freely created and released creation-idea--point of view. The freedom with which you released and trusted in this new, DELIGHTFUL idea, is what of course creates the experience without a hitch! What a shift in experience to learn more directly and more rapidly from your own experience how what you feel becomes form and then to receive! Experience the form you create and then choose more! Decide, from this new vista: what feels good next?

Whew! What a blissed out experience that is! {And some say that "Bliss" should not be the agenda!! How amazing is THAT!!!}

As I was saying, my beloved ones, you amazing beings of love and light-is it more difficult of late to be alone. More difficult to be in the orbit of your own energy as energies from beyond your experience are flowing into your experience. Seemingly with no explanation there is heaviness, or an unexplainable moodiness in your day. Why is this?

If you create your own reality then why are you experiencing these things which you feel are not in alignment with your vibration?

The answer is two-fold:

* One, is that you are increasingly sensitive to the energetic dynamics in your experience, and as such you now know more clearly what the energy is of your own particular unique earth-focused perspective is generally like, and

* Two, you are no longer connected only to your own vibration. You have allowed yourself increasingly to merge with all-that-is and the reality is that the vibration from your own particular unique earth-focused perspective is not the only vibration you are experiencing.

You are the creator of your own experience. Still and always. Semantically and ironically, however, the "YOU" in question is changing. The "YOU" that creates your life is, as you increasingly ascend energetically and more consciously includes a collective "YOU" in the "blend" or the "mix", of your experience. You are more and more a being that functions not only from your own informed point of focus as a human being living on the planet Earth. You also experience direct (meaning you are aware of it) input from the soul group energies which you are re-acquainting yourself with-both at sleep and while awake, and you are also CONSCIOUSLY connected, increasingly, to the planetary unified field-which includes the whole of the Earth energies. And until the Earth complete shifts into its intended new space, this includes energies that are still largely informed by Duality and have not yet transcended this by amalgamating polarity and embracing contrast in a Unity Consciousness.

Let me explain more simply.

There are many platforms, many "vistas" of consciousness. I use the word VISTA because from each point of vibration, there is a perspective-a way that things are "seen" and from there choices made about what within the view or beyond the view, is where you choose to focus your "sight" and move toward. Naturally, it has typically in your experience on Earth been very challenging to focus your sight beyond that which you can currently "see". Believing you can get there becomes a matter of focus and alignment. It has typically been far easier to choose a destination which is in view! Take many smaller steps-choose more, as I have said before.

Now you have moved through much iteration in your evolving consciousness and are experiencing and orienting more and more around a blissful space where you allow love to flow through you. You allow love to radiate from you. You simply are love. You recognize that all is ONE, and that the separation of each is indeed an aspect of the whole, but you see and know at the same time that this unique aspect which exists is simply a point within the entire whole and all is one, all is connected, all is moving as an entire energy field, despite all appearances.

You are moving past the illusions of the third dimension in which many of you experienced everything as separate and outside of you, for a lot of your experience. You have expanded the blissful feeling of ONE that you knew in some areas, some moments of experience, into a more comprehensive way of knowing.

Let us pause for one beautiful and profound moment in acknowledgment of this amazing aspect of your ascension which is for many of you now your reality! {Smile!!}

We applaud you for making this shift! It is such a challenge from physical form in your planetary experience to shift to this felt sense of the ONE in a more sustained way! You have allowed yourselves to open to the available energies and thus the corresponding perspectives that are entering and now well anchored in your planet... {Please now imagine an incredible soaring melody along with fireworks and the like!!! Something thunderous and explosive! For THAT is the perspective we have on all this and I wish you to FEEL it! Smile!}

We support you in amplifying this experience anytime you ask us and delight in being called upon, as another aspect of you-of all that is-to participate in your endeavors! Thank you for including us.

All-that-is is enriched and enjoys your journey!
{Yes! It's true-we are awed and inspired by YOU!}

As you continue to evolve your understanding of experience. As you move toward a more whole and connected "mode" of being, as THIS becomes more frequently your way of orienting and perceiving experience, there is then, openness to all-that-is!

There is still, however, a blending of energies and you move up and down between dimensions as you continue to integrate the higher vibrating energies and expand your awareness. As such, you exist in the third, the fourth and the fifth dimensional energies or a mix thereof depending on your focus and allowing. In the fourth dimension things can be pulled apart and examined, but also blended. In it lies the awareness of Unity Consciousness. Still it is a choice, if you wish to blend your energies or not-the choice is yours. Blending is a powerful experience as blending creates love. You learn to appreciate the "other" and there is a sense of both love and compassion as a result.

All of this is to clarify that even though you have begun to expand your experience of Unity Consciousness, your shift between these dimensions and point of view and at this time most of you are not largely entirely in any one dimension.

This knowledge of the different dimensions, along with the experimentation of blending-knowing of the unified whole and feeling it with others as a way of experiencing and being love-this has yielded more conscious awareness of the energies within the whole than there was when you thought all was separate.

When you were primarily oriented in a duality perspective, even in those times, you still were aware of these energies, but you thought they were about you when you felt them. You looked for problems and things to explain them. You amplified them by digging up in your own experience something which you felt wasn't right and "assigned" these feelings to that experience in a way which is often called "blame" and then you had understanding and there was a sense and a knowing that your experience which arose from these "icky" feelings was indeed of your own making.

Now, this is not typically how it goes for you.

As I mentioned in the beginning, lately there have been many challenges in this emerging experience of the new human.

At some moments you have had a feeling of an unexplainable sense of unhappiness, moodiness, heaviness, irritation. In these moments you find yourself taking things personally which you would not have typically. You find yourselves noticing or at least being aware of more conflict then you typically have been experiencing.

The reason is this: you are feeling the mix, the blend of the separate and the unified consciousness. And until the earth completes her own ascension, there are many in the mix who still embody the duality perspective and some even who live in vibrations which are very distant from the finer energies of grace and love in which many of you Lightworkers are exploring and integrating.

You are feeling and attuning to these energies within the whole. Remember, that until one recognizes the love within themselves, they will have difficulty recognizing this in others. The more you embody love, the more there will be a difference in frequency between you and some other members of the collective energy field.

This will be felt as heaviness, a pull as there is a significant gap between you and this other aspect of the unified field-and bridging this is and will be difficult for both of you. If you recognize this you can simply know this and orient elsewhere; not being troubled by this energetic "disturbance" within the field.

The challenge is intensified when this approach is not understood or taken. Your guard is down and you are increasingly open as you trust and live in these finer energies. Then the encounters-particularly if they are direct-are quite intense when there is a significant gap between your frequency and that of another.

There is a tendency then to defend your frequency. To try to stay in your frequency and to bring the other to your frequency. This may be happening directly-as in a conversation-or indirectly-as in felt-energies.
What can you do about this? You may wonder...

First is to simply understand that this is part of the mixed and blended energetic spaces in which you are currently playing and experiencing.

Secondly, to release all attachment to altering this energy. Allow it. Blend with it and use it as an opportunity to grow compassion and your own understanding of being love within the whole if you like.

Or simply choose what may be the easiest way to feel relief by follow the wise message which is such a theme song within the Abraham-Hicks messages: PIVOT. Simply turn your focus to something that makes you feel good and don't think too much about the unpleasant feelings you were noticing.

Realize that feelings can in some ways become habits-this is a common experience in the third dimension...to have a habitual feeling response to life and experiences rather than choosing and freely responding to what occurs. Now you have moved into a different scenario: your connection to all that is lies within a Unified Consciousness now more and more and as such you will encounter these challenges, these variances in frequency as the sorting out process of ascension continues. There will be re-groupings, separations, reunions and much shuffling as each being chooses their place in the plan and the corresponding relationships re-align, sometimes repeatedly to correspond.

I trust that all of this has given you a sense of relief. A feeling of peace. And most of all, the recognition of much amazing choices being made in such challenging times!

I AM the Archangel Michael and I remain, forever available and at your side. Know that you are, profoundly loved and your continual efforts to awaken, are met with great joy by those non-physical beings who through you, are having the experience of a lifetime. {Smile!}

Article - The Letter

THE LETTER

It was August 30, 2006 and there it was. The article on fatal off-campus house fires was on the front page of that day’s edition of USA TODAY. I had been so pleased to receive a call, some three weeks earlier, from a reporter working on the story. They had done extensive research on all the fatal off-campus house fires across the US since 2000, and the article would run just in time for college students who were moving into off-campus housing for the upcoming school year.

It was everyone’s hope that this article would keep other college kids from making the mistakes of, not only my daughter Liz, but of the 61 other college kids who had lost their lives due to fire in their off-campus homes. Prevention was key and I was glad to play a small part in doing whatever I could to keep other families from experiencing the devastating loss of a vibrant young adult.

When I found out the article was going to print, I excitedly emailed all of my friends and family to tell them about it and that Liz’s picture would be included.

I stopped at the store on my way to work that morning and bought three copies of the paper. I was so excited! I couldn’t wait to get to my desk so I could read that article. But, once I did, it made me so sad. The senselessness of Liz’s death hit me again in such a powerful way, and it felt like September 20, 2003 all over again. I guess I should have expected that kind of reaction, but it had taken me by surprise and I was having a very difficult time dealing with all of the raw, painful emotion that once again bubbled up and grabbed me.

I was also very mad at myself. How naïve could you be, I thought to myself? How could you possibly think that this article would make you happy?

Suddenly, I wished it had never been published and I threw the papers on the back credenza of my office and tried hard to put it out of my mind. But I couldn’t, because all day long I had a steady stream of co-workers stopping at my desk to see the article, and it was all I could do to keep my composure.

I was having a sad day. I hadn’t had one of “those” days for quite some time and I just figured I was due. I’ll get through it, I told myself, because tomorrow will always be better. It was something I had dealt with before in the three years since her passing, and it always worked. You had to feel the pain before it would leave I had learned.

I focused on my job and tried hard to put the article out of my mind. I work with International customers at my company. Because of the time difference, email is the accepted means of communication. I had taken this position just three weeks after Liz’s death and it had been the perfect job for me. The stress level was low; I could come in, answer the emails I received, and go home. I thanked God often for giving me such a wonderful job at just the right time.

I continued to work through my emails. Suddenly a familiar email address popped up. It was Liz’s high school French teacher. Jan had been Liz’s favorite teacher, and we had kept in touch after her death. I had shared my news about the USA TODAY article with her, and I assumed that was what her email to me was about.

Much to my surprise it wasn’t about the article at all. Kim, she said, you will just treasure this. I was in my classroom yesterday, cleaning out my files, getting ready for a new school year. A lone file folder fell on the floor. I reached down and picked it up and on the outside I read “Liz Wencl Essay.” I opened it up and discovered an assignment I had given out over four years ago.

The assignment was to write a letter to one of your parents, in French, telling them what they represent in your life. Kim, this is a letter Liz wrote to you!

Now, I don’t speak French, so Jan translated it for me. That letter was a mother’s dream. In it Liz told me how much she loved and missed me in so many different ways. And, amazingly, even though the letter was written when Liz was in high school, it made complete sense for life after September 20, 2003.

Here is the English translation of the letter:

Assignment: Write a letter to your Mother or Father telling them what they represent in your life.

Dear Mom,

I know that you love me. You show me each day that it is true. Don’t think you are a bad mother. It isn’t true! When I look at you I realize how much I am loved.

When you are feeling bad, don’t forget --- I truly love you. I would like to be a better daughter. We argue sometimes and that makes me sad. I feel bad and unhappy if you cry.

I remember when I was little and you would hug me and say, “I love you so much, Lizzie, sit here with me for just a little while. Those times were so special for me and you made me so happy. I felt like nothing could ever hurt me. I use to wish those moments would never end. To be cuddled up next to you like that today would be like a dream come true.

Mom, I feel sad when you feel sad. And, when you are happy, I am happy! You are my mother and I would never choose anyone else. Without you, I would never be who I am.
I love you with all my heart.

Suddenly what had been a very difficult day became a completely amazing day, and I was once again emailing all of my friends and family to share this wonderful letter with them.

Jan brought the folder and the letter to my house that night. As she put it in my hands, she said to me, “You have got to know this was no accident.” I said, “Oh Jan, believe me I do know that.” She went on to tell me that she remembered telling Liz what a beautiful letter it was, and she had encouraged her to share it with me. She even remembered what Liz’s comment had been, “I will when the time is right.”

Receiving that letter was no coincidence. I believe with all my heart that my daughter is still with me and she knew I was having a difficult day. She reached out to let me know just how much she loves and misses me, just as I love and miss her.

That letter is now framed, with the French version on one side, a picture of Liz in the middle, and the English translation on the other, and it hangs in our living room. It is a constant reminder of the power of our love. That letter is visual proof for me that Liz reached out and touched me on a day when I needed it most.

Now, I am sure, I will have more sad days in the years to come. But when I do, all I have to do is read her letter and I will once again feel the strong bond that we will always share. It is a bond that can never be broken, not even by death.

Just as God’s love for his children never changes, the love that my daughter and I share never changes. It will live for all eternity.

Kim Wencl is a wife and mother living in southern Minnesota. On 9-20-03 her life changed forever when her 20-year old daughter, Elizabeth, died from smoke inhalation from a fire in her duplex just a few blocks from the University of Minnesota where she had just begun her sophomore year. As devastating as Liz's death was, the Universe quickly stepped in to let Kim know that Liz was just fine, and living a marvelous new life. Kim has been on a journey the past six years that she calls her journey from "Tragedy to Transformation - A Mother's Story." She retired from the business world in 2009, after 35 years, and now she writes and speaks about her journey.

The Next Top Spiritual Author

A group of more than 1,000 authors worldwide are competing in a collaborative program through the Messenger Network to become the Next Top Spiritual Author. This course was created by Robert Evans of the Messenger Network and James Twyman, peace troubadour and spiritual author of more than 13 books. It is a course which will continue for 8 months, with contributions from spiritual authors and teachers such as Marianne Williamson, Neale Donald Walsch, James Twyman, and Arielle Ford. Additionally, course participants will receive input from a book editor, CEO of a publishing company, a literary agent, and a publicist. It is still possible to enter the competition, or the course, together or separately by registering @ www.NextTopAuthor.com

There are 4 rounds in the competition. The first one begins on March 29th. Authors will make an audio or video pitch of their book, which answers the question: ”Why would someone want to read your book?” Many votes are needed for an individual book/author to advance to round two. Following an on-line voting process, only 100 authors will advance to Round 2.

Round 2 participants will learn to draft and submit a book proposal. Twelve authors advance to Round 3 to be judged on the first two chapters of their book by a panel of experts in the literary field. In this round the final 4 will be chosen. For Round 4 an additional chapter and a detailed outline must be submitted.

I am a course participant and feel I have a good chance to win one of the top prizes, but am aiming for the top--a publishing contract with Hampton Roads Publishing Company, the company that published Neale Donald Walsch's Conversations with God books. In addition to the contract, the winner will receive $50,000 dollars to publicize their book. Three runner ups win a chance to work with James Twyman, who will act as an agent, connecting authors to publishers.

I have been asked by spirit to share my spiritual experiences, in a series of three books. I have informed spirit of my willingness to share my experience. In return however, I requested that spirit provide the publishing contract, since I know nothing about publishing a book. I feel this course and competition is my response from spirit. I am very excited to be part of this 8 month course. If nothing else, all authors in the program have the opportunity to learn what is necessary to publish their book.

I have never been so excited about winning a competition before. I believe my books will become best sellers. They will read like novels, including a variety of genres: romance, science fiction, mystery, biography, poetry, fantasy and fairy tale. They will offer readers pleasure and enjoyment, as well as pertinent spiritual information to navigate the forthcoming energetic changes on earth.

In these books, I will share my own personal journey, as I experience many confusing situations, spiritual lessons and growth. As people enjoy reading about my own spiritual experiences and folly, they will be assisted on their own spiritual journey; vibrationally, and educationally, helping to create a path of joy and ease.

The Transformation of Reality

Since the mid 1980's, all life has been in a process of shifting and transforming reality as we know it. The basic fabric of our dimension has been gently re-booting and morphing into a new world taking us right along with it. The only way you would not have felt this is if you had been living under a rock somewhere. It can be an amazing time filled with wonder. It can also be a time filled with many challenges that keep asking us to let go over and over, and deeper and deeper.

Most every living being on this earth can feel that this is a very unique time to be alive. I knew it as a young child, and I hear from many that they also knew this to at an early age. It has been a life time of great anticipation for what the Star Elders call the best time to be on Earth. This is so because our SOULS have the greatest opportunity to evolve quickly and much further in only one life time. It is the best ride in the universe according to the Star Elders.

Some of the most amazing transformational shifts have taken place in just the last couple of months. Yes . . . we are painfully aware that it has been challenging for thousands/millions of people. Our prayers go out to all affected by the many Earth shifts. On the lighter side of the transformation, many have felt jammed, stuck and riddled with un-diagnosable ascension symptoms. A turn of recent events has cracked open a new door which tells me that we are moving out of this phase of the transformation of our reality, and into a new accelerated phase.

Key times were the time surrounding the Haiti and Chilean earthquakes. This sent us deep inside to clear out places we didn�t even know existed. Even ones that had fostered a masterful level of complete denial cannot avoid the transformational energy of this time. If they try to do so, they will feel plain nuts, loopy, out to lunch, and yes . . . Elvis has left the building! All are to awaken now. There is no going back. The energy of the Earth is rising up into a new world, and this tsunami of energy is washing through every crack and crevice in our reality.

In the days leading up to the 8.8 massive Chilean earthquake, the energy all over the Earth was heavy and crushing, and many felt like they were going nuts . . . It felt like we were hanging on by our finger nails. There were many suicides and deaths. I know the whales were well aware of this shift. They disappeared in the oceans for days, and even a captive one acted out. I am sure they were feeling the pressure just as we were.

But here is the good news . . . Sunday, after the big Chilean earthquake, I felt a HUGE release of energy along with a HUGE influx of LIGHT into our dimension. I could feel the Ascended Masters, angelic realms and the presence of the "I AM" energy wash across the planet. A huge old chunk of our past reality was released during those massive earthquakes. Because of this, more LIGHT could now flow into our newly birthing reality. This is yet another step in our ascension! I feel that, by mid-March, we are all going to be able to anchor a lighter state of being within.

We do not know what the next phase of ascension will hold for us. But I do know that the only still point will be our connection and commitment to God, higher power, Spirit and the "I AM" within each of us. No matter how unreal this world might become, no matter how much we are called to let go, to totally surrender, this connection is the only place that will always stay constant. It will be the place where we will be able to keep our sanity while we transform our body, mind and spirit through this most amazing time.

The more the masses understand this stillness inside, the easier the shift will be for all of us. We are all connected. So how this transformation plays out is up to us and our collective consciousness. Let's say this again. You are NOT victims of this transformation . . . you are the DIRECTORS! It is up to ALL of US as to how this all plays out.

Neutral Energy

Have you ever woken up really early in the morning before anyone is up? You wake refreshed but somewhat groggy and disoriented. Perhaps you make a pot of coffee and sit in your favorite place enjoying the morning sounds and sights. In the background is the sound of birds and crickets chirping, and frogs croaking. You watch as the sun begins to rise and the light shifts and changes around you. There are no telephones ringing, people requiring your attention or things yet to do. It is quite a peaceful place to be.

This is the only way I can describe the space I am currently occupying. It is a place of neutral energy. I feel so inward right now. It is sometimes very uncomfortable to leave this space. I have created a haven here for my weary soul. It is a time of regenerating and realigning. It is a very private process that words cannot express.

I have lost contact with many people in my life. When I go to pick up the phone the desire to speak is cumbersome. I do not possess the desire or ability to make small talk, or actually any kind of talk at all (or writing for that matter!). I only wish to send love and hold the sacred space for others on their journey. The ways in which I would reach out to others is not there for the time being. I am in a place of openly receiving.

The past year took a toll on all of us. We went through a major upheaval. I don’t think I know of anyone who has come out this period unscathed. It is far from a punishment, although it certainly might seem so! It is actually a time of clearing out the old and finding ways that are more in alignment, integrity and authenticity with who we are and where we are going.

It is a time of raw vulnerability and having to trust the process. Those who are highly sensitive have an even more challenging time dealing with any type of harshness or intolerance for what is out of alignment with being authentic. There seems to be such incongruence between what someone may be saying and what they are actually doing. It’s as if we have a built-in radar and can pick up what is really occurring under the surface (although we may or may not know all the facts of what is actually happening!). It can be down right frustrating and confusing to feel these intense energies.

I have found that I become really anxious when I am around someone who is not dealing with their own stuff. Its as if they are unconsciously unloading it in my presence. I refuse to be a sponge for others any longer. I have learned to maintain my boundaries, and limit my time around those that I know are draining.

I realized I spent so much time trying to help others that I ignored or avoided dealing with myself. Now that I released my duty of rescuing others I have so much more time to spend with myself. What I have found is that I really like and enjoy my own company! I am endlessly entertained with doing the simple pleasures. I still enjoy spending time with friends and family when I feel like it. If they need me, and I have the capacity to do so I’m there for them. If I don’t have the time, energy, or resources to assist I respectfully decline.

I’m a no longer a people pleaser. I released any shame, guilt, or blame that I previously associated with putting my needs first. Now, when I offer to help someone its because I genuinely want to, and not out of any sense of obligation. It eliminates feelings of anger, resentment, and frustration. At first there were those that were put off, upset, or confused at my sudden change in behavior, however, by setting boundaries it ultimately made the relationships healthier and more balanced.

I have found peace amongst all the chaos. The past few years took my life, shook it up like a snow globe and all the pieces settled where they may. I was too weak, and unsure to proceed to do much about it. In fact, that was just as it was meant to be. By being in such a vulnerable place, the only thing that we are able to do is be.

I learned how to slow down, take time for myself, and allow. I released control. Any attempt to try to manipulate or control the outcome of a situation was met with resistance. Nothing would budge. Again, I learned that when the timing was right, things just naturally fell into place. I can say that at this time, situations are beginning to come together. Little bits at a time there is progress.

I rescued two kittens from the bushes in front of my house a few months ago. First of all, for the past year I have been craving getting a cat. I have dogs, and don’t need any more animals, however, I kept thinking about how much I would love to rescue a cat. I would fantasy about having a cat, would pet and look at them any opportunity I could get. I had two cats for many years that I shamefully got rid of years ago. I never got over the remorse or guilt. Well, wouldn’t you know there were, two adorable kittens in my bushes!

Over the past few months of having these two kittens my heart has healed. I have been able to release the shameful emotions I was carrying, not only towards my cats, but in life itself. I have spent much time in solitude surrounded by my beloved pets. There is nothing as calming and soothing as playing with animals and being in nature! Watching the kittens slowly nurse back to health, and eventually come out of their fearful state and begin to play has been so gratifying.

My kittens are so fearless as they slowly venture out of their hiding place to check out the world around them. They love to explore, be playful and try new things. The way they purr as I gently caress their soft fur, I affirm, “I accept all the gentle blessings coming my way.” I watch them and realize, I too want to have that renewal of life and the ability to view the world as an adventure.

In many ways this is such a harsh time, so fraught with challenges and hurdles. We are navigating through unchartered territory, both literal and figuratively. If we can maintain remain sovereign to our journey by remaining gentle and pliable, rather than hardening and being fearful and angry. The blessings come when we least expect it and in ways we didn’t really count on. I am always so amazed that the resources are there, just before or just after I realize I need them.

Remember to take many deep breaths, honor your body, mind and spirit for what it needs in the moment. Rest when you need to rest. Eat when you feel hungry. Play when your spirit says to do so. Listen to your heart and do what feels right. This is the way of being in the divine flow where all your needs are met with ease and grace. The neutral energy is placing you in divine alignment with the purpose of your soul.

Prayer

Dear God,

There are days that I am just not sure what to do to make things happen. I try this. I try that and nothing seems to work. I become frustrated, confused, hopeless, and depressed. I don’t want to feel this way. I release the toxins I am harboring. I place myself in the divine flow. I allow Your will to flow through me. I know you gently speak to my heart. As I am listening you are effortlessly guiding me along the way. I let go of my need to control the outcome. I trust that you have a special plan laid out for me. I see glimmers of it manifesting as I pay attention and allow.

I release people, situations, aspects of myself that are not working in my life.

Thank you for the many blessings. I gratefully and gracefully accept them all.

And so it is.

Animal Symbolism Series—Spider

As I stood in line at the post office, waiting to get my package off to its destination, a tiny spider floated on a an even tinier thread in front of me. Delighted to see an old friend, I watched the spider as it was gently tossed around by the warm air currents coming through the heating vent in the ceiling above me. Hmmm, I thought, as I left the post office, seems Spider wants my attention. But I forgot all about her until later that night, as I sat down to dinner at a Mexican Restaurant and twisted the cap off my Snapple. The inside of the cap said, “A Spider’s silk is stronger than steel.”

So what does Spider want with me? The main message of Spider was telling me to Create! We are ALL Creators, and as such, it’s our responsibility to manage our energy, which is to say, mind your thoughts and emotions for they are the very things that are creating your world, life, and happiness or unhappiness.

Spider has eight legs which is very significant, because eight is the number of manifestation, creation and power. Spider also weaves a web. This web is similar to the Energetic Grid that is around us but is unseen. Everything that exists on Earth is connected together by these invisible lines of energy that intersect with each other and ourselves. The Energetic Grid looks like a giant spider web. Hence, Spider is an excellent totem or symbol for manifesting.

A few years ago I had a very interesting dream about Spider. In the dream, I was in my bedroom sleeping. I woke up and pulled the bed away from the wall. There was a spider in the corner. I pulled the bed out further and discovered another spider. But this one was much bigger and actively engaged in building a huge web underneath of my bed.

I thought that I should probably kill it but then realized that I should talk with it instead. I knew that spider meant to create something, so I asked it what it was making with the web? Suddenly, a portal appeared—an opening to another dimension. It was big, around ten feet in diameter. A scene materialized on the portal, and it was cartoonish-looking but in 3-D. I started thinking about food and a Cheeseburger, French Fries, along with a bowl of ice cream emerged. I laughed out loud as I realized that it was ME that had created this!

The next time you want to manifest something, imagine that you are sitting in the middle of a giant spider web but the threads are made of Golden Topaz (a great crystal for setting intention). Next, start to visualize your desires coming to you along those golden threads and trust what you want will come to you.

Message for today (Jan. 17th 2010)

No worries please. Do not worry about that which is beyond your control personally or collectively. All is being adjusted and reorganized within your reality at present. Have you not noticed the shifting beneath your feet? Have you not felt a bit ‘off’ as you would say. This is because of the shifting and reformatting of energetic structure within and upon the earth plane. There is great upheaval happening within the energetic fields of the mass consciousness at this time. This is by design. This will cause more of your people to wake up, to see that all is not as it seems. Although uncomfortable for the ego or personality self, this is a gift from the higher self to set more people upon their appointed paths. For at a Soul level there were agreements made that are now coming to fruition. The time is now for all people to rouse from their slumber and see that the new is upon them. It is time to shake off the shackles of the old ways of being and doing and begin to live within the freedom that is your birthright as an earth human.

That which has been made manifest in Haiti is happening on some level within all peoples. There is a shaking at the core at work which will level all structures which no longer support your emerging reality and emerging self. Bless those ones who have chosen to be of service to the masses in this way. Their sacrifice has created the opening of hearts that have been closed, the opening of eyes that have been blinded by materialism and the status quo. There is a grand wave of compassion that has been generated by this event and makes its way through the ethers of your planet and finds its way into the shadow realms and darkened hearts which long for release. This is an incredible gift to your planet and her peoples. Bless those who have chosen this path of service for the greater good and allow it to open your heart in greater ways in the days to come.

Behold the first rays of the new dawn are in sight as never before. Feel the warmth that is generated here. Allow it to penetrate your being opening you to a greater capacity of love and light. Do not be in despair, but hold high your vision for the new world. Hold high your own light so that others may see there is indeed another way. For the light has come and it cannot be stopped. It will continue its forward movement. It has been decreed by the Creator that all peoples shall be free. All that has held the human race captive is now being dissolved in the light of this new day. Have no fear over this. This present dissolution will allow new foundations to replace those that do not serve the people. The ensuing rubble and debris will become the fertile soil through which will spring forth new growth, new potentials, new levels of abundance and prosperity for all beings.

It is for this time and this opportunity that you are present on the earth plane right now. Do not squander your precious energies in worry, despair, or hopelessness for all is not as it appears. The illusional nature of the reality which now dissolves before you will become apparent in the days to come. The veils are being lifted and the truth shall be there for all who have eyes to see. The new foundational reality which forms now in its place is built on truth, love and light. Hold this knowing in your heart despite the chaos of outward circumstance. For truth is held in the heart. The construct and capacity of the new field of reality is beyond the understandings of the rational mind. Release the old, for behold the new is upon you!

A couple of years ago I visited the Pacific Coast in Washington state. During a particularly introspective time, I wandered my way down through the woods to a beach outside of a small Indian reservation near La Push. The following is part of a journal entry from that day that I believe speaks not only of those huge rock formations the fog can hide, but of the very essence of the journey of our lives.

“The beach is fantastic, the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It’s bright and sunny here up on the rocks of the shore, but I watch as the clouds and fog hang out over the water. I can see huge rock formations jutting up from the sea, like ancient pillars, lost for eons, finally having breath above the waters surface. I looked up awhile ago to notice, as the fog changed, it exposed another layer of rocks, further back than the first, which had been hidden behind the veil of fog, exposed only now, during the times when the veil lifts. As I watch them, they come and go from view, as if I’m watching my life move through its stages. Sometimes things are so clear, so well defined, so certain. Other times I walk, stumbling, searching for what comes next, never knowing what’s out there, what’s safe, or where to turn. The possibilities, the hurt, the joy, the loss, the love, the successes and failures, I’m consumed by the unknown. But, every once in awhile, the veil lifts, and for a time, I can see the beauty, the purpose in what lies beyond it, and the gift in the not knowing. Our truth is always there, waiting for us to discover it. Waiting while the fog lifts, our eyes adjust and for us to believe that what we’re seeing is real.”

We are happy to announce that

The timing to shift it to the new format unveiled itself to be NOW (as opposed to the March issue, which we had originally announced). We heard the whispers and everything has magically fallen into place for it to happen.

In 1989 more than a half million Souls arrived in the Earth’s energy field to begin incarnating for the first time in human bodies. They came from the Sirian direction, the Dog Star Constellation, holding close ties to the Sirian Soul Group that began incarnating in human body form on the Earth around 63,000 BC. Often, they chose a Sirian mother for this incarnation, someone they communicated with during Atlantean, as well as other times, while the Sirians were incarnating, and the Crystal Children were paying attention to the planetary developments of the Earth, as well as planetary developments in other Star Systems we know very little about.

Incarnating into a human body for the first time did not prove to be a simple task for many of these Crystal Souls. While they are ancient Souls in the human concept of time, they are brand new to the intricacies of human body forms and existence within the space – time continuum. Many of these children first incarnated as Downs Syndrome babies, or showed up with severe to mild birth anomolies. Many of them died in infancy in their first incarnation. With Soul intention to be a part of the shifting vibration of the Earth from war to peace, those who died quickly tried again, coming through in healthier bodies for life on Earth. It is not uncommon to read the Soul of a Crystal Child who is in his or her teens, to find that they are in their second or third incarnation on Earth already, so determined are these Souls to offer their gifts to the shift of the Earth into the era of peace and harmony between all manifestations of life.

Many Crystal Children are diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit disorders, (with or without hyperactivity), oppositional behavior, depression, social – emotional difficulties, as well as physical difficulties. Not all Crystal Children manifest these types of differences, and yet, many parents who have come to me over the years for soul readings and clearings have described these conditions in their children. Intuitive research into the nature of Crystal Souls has offered some interesting insights.

Before coming to incarnate on Earth, the Crystal Souls were not involved in a material or physical existence. They lived as diaphanous light beings, as pure consciousness; imagination and thought created their environments instantaneously. There was no need. There was no want. All that might fall into such categories simply was perfectly fulfilled. There was no physical body to care for and maintain. There was no time, no space, no work, no play…There was the pure field of eternal living consciousness. There was the absolute confidence in the beauty of life and knowledge of all that was necessary to continue the creation and enhancement of life. There was the awareness of the relationship of all that exists as ultimate unity – therefore there were no relationship difficulties.

So, why have these diaphanous light beings of pure consciousness – a half million of them – migrated to incarnate in our world? They have come to bring their consciousness of the ultimate unity of all that exists, and the pure ease with which life can be lived, into the daily awareness of human beings. As humanity allows this inner knowing to emerge in daily life, a paradigm shift occurs, one that moves us away from the view that our lives, along with the natural environment, are commodites to be exploited, controlled, and profited from, requiring huge amounts of manipulation, distortion, and work.

Their message, which is delivered through their way of being in the world, is not easily accepted by many who cling tenaciously to the way things were. Hence, there is the assumption that there is something wrong with these children, that they must be fixed, changed, and modified into individuals who fit into a worldview that is entrenched in the old paradigm. It is no surprise then, that they resist. And we, who are their parents, teachers, health care providers and friends are prompted to respond to their resistance because we have birthed them and love them.
Of course, they have to learn what it is to be a human being, to function in society, and to be in relationship with others. Yet it is in the ways that they resist that we learn the ways in which we can transform our world.

Divine Mother through Sol'Ara An

Dear Divine Mother, the world has changed so much now; there are those who fear the changes. Can you speak to the time we are now living in? I am grateful to be your channel beloved Divine Mother!

Divine Creators, beloved ones of our being I greet you this day with great love, for love is as you were created. Within the knowledge body of the divine you are is contained that knowing that your new paradigm contract has begun. This contract was created and signed by each of you in your own personal meetings prior to embodiment in the Earth vehicle you find you now inhabit. With this, as it is, you will find many of your "plans" and "goals" created by mind have been changed. It is not that you are at the will of some mysterious "other"; it is you are at the will of your Soul. When coming to be here upon the Earth where you find your focus at this time, many such contracts were looked at and some were accepted well, including the acceptance of your participation in the collective consciousness plans and contracts. It is thus you find yourself within at this time.

What of these contracts? Do you have choice? Indeed you do! All of you have been given the gift of "free- will" for all of your Earthly existence. The difficulty many are dealing with now is the release of the hold your Ego has upon your life. That part is not willing to let go and allow your conscious control, and thus the struggle and the pain causing great fear in the consciousness of the planet continues. When you are conscious of the true meaning of "you are a Creator", your belief in yourself is given opportunity for change. In this change you may see how many times you have turned over your life to your Ego, the part of you that you do indeed need, however it is time to take back control of your choices.

It is well intended within every Soul contract that the human consciousness will choose, at times, to change the desire of the life experience one wants to have. Yet now, in this great shift and transition to a higher consciousness, you must understand what your choice will mean to your Soul growth. Also, you must come to understand that no longer shall the energies upon the Earth allow you to live as if you are the only one, nor that you shall have boundaries upon the Earth. The Earth is a free sentient being, just as you are, and she has taken her sovereignty very seriously in hand in this time. She will not allow any consciousness to take the energy of freedom from anyone living upon her being, it shall be seen to prove my point.

Watch the animals, and especially the dolphins and whales, they are choosing as I speak whether to continue their journey with the Earth or not. Many have already chosen to leave, as they see that the collective consciousness of humanity has still refused to see them as sentient intelligent beings, who also have rights. Yet too, there are many new ones coming to assist in these waters of Earth. You have not been abandoned. And it is well known that the pure hearts that live on the Earth, and especially the newly born ones whom carry the higher DNA genes for your ascension, shall assist in an easier passage as your days proceed. Please know that nature shall play a much bigger role in your life experience now in these days of upliftment. Listening to their call and watching in which way the winds blow shall be your guidance. We offer this suggestion with great love dear ones!

Once long ago, truly it seemed that many would not choose to continue this journey, this great experiment called "Earth School". And yet look where you are now! It is a grand experiment indeed, and you have all participated within this experience to bring humanity and all species of life upon the Earth to this great time! Your hearts in the last several hundred years have completely changed this paradigm you now ride upon. Because of your opening hearts, and your love for all of mankind, you saw the vision to heal the Earth and all of your relationships upon the Earth. Even the great Mother Earth herself took heart... staying much longer as the sentient being of this planet to assist you. She saw your great ability to heal and to open your hearts and to be the Love she knew you truly were. And now this time tests these inner knowings. This is the time of strength that you have been guided to observe within yourself for many years now. When a paradigm, a way of being and cultural habit has closed, it can be difficult for humans to make the changes necessary. But know that the changes within you that have been going on for many years have opened DNA information and expanded new chakras and aligned all brains with the higher mind of God. These are ongoing as we speak. You must have felt these changes, and experienced at times the subtle changes in your own thought processes. You are not the same species you were even 500 years ago. You have moved forward in a time of great love and the transition can be fluid and calm, or by your choosing chaos.

And so what now does this mean to ones practical life? How can one live given all of the changes you have faced, or will face? The simple answer is to stay focused, go within and listen to your heart. Turn over the controls to your heart, ask your mind to sit still and pay attention to the heart message. No longer can you only listen to your logic. Logic only works in a linear fashion, and today your time line has changes, therefore making linear thinking very difficult to proceed with. A multidimensional shift has already occurred. Your time no longer exists the way you have known it before. Your minutes are no longer as they have been. For in truth, time has always been irrelevant in a life that's true motion is ever moving forward. If you look at your own life you shall see that a minute may seem as an hour in some experiences, and just the opposite in others. Your "moments" may endure through many moments of experience, and this gives great opportunity to walk the true higher octaves within the Love of Creator. We have raised the vibrational frequency aligned with the most highest of you upon this Earth. And with the assistance of many of your Ascended Masters, and higher Angelic teams we have vibrated through the energetic of the 5th dimensional frequency just above the road most walk upon. And so now you may see yourself walking some days in the old paradigm and "muck" as it were of the energies of yesterday, and other days riding high upon the winds of crystalline light energetic... quickening your awareness and focus to the highest level of consciousness. Indeed to complete and total Oneness. Within this consciousness of Oneness resides all that is. Therefore, in truth, we can say you now have been given the gift to walk... in form... upon the road of Heaven!

Emotional/Mental bodies must be healed in order that you may align to this new vibration. When one is not aware of the energy changes in ones own system, it is advisable to ask for assistance. There are many beloved ones upon the planet Earth who came to this planet, at this particular juncture, to be the healers of the energetic vibrational shift of these times. This channel is one such being. Therefore, the time to release the Ego and find your way to your true beingness is in alignment with balancing these energies within yourself. Each of you have gifts to offer this transitional shift, and the clearer you are, and the more you believe in yourself, the more of you shall lift up not only yourselves, but all who live upon this beautiful Earth. You are as stewards to this planet, and your job is now upon you!

Greet those whom you come into physical contact with each day as one with you. This love of unconditional intent shall also assist many in the changes your Earth life has experienced. Can you see that the more gentle ones shall allow the passage of these days through their hearts so that the many shall reap the benefits of opportunity? An opportunity you would not otherwise have had. These gentle ones come not only as newborns... but also as ones who have walked their light path for all of their lives and now sit in honor within their heart temples, giving of themselves that humanity shall awaken to the true love they are! We knew few would come and do the work of the many, but this time is now passing. No longer can you do this for another. It is time to take responsibility of your own choices and life experiences. You shall know the truth of your Soul and your ability to create. Your heart is a good place to start. When you feel lost, again, go within to the heart... sit in the silence, and allow the flame of Divine Love to clear the fear... and open the truth to your wholeness.

When you begin to understand the true being you are you see where your choices make a difference. And in this new paradigm the choice affects you, as One within the Oneness specifically. Think of this new day as a day where there are many mirrors placed before you, and also many Angels for guidance. You get to play the game as you choose, but know that it is always your choice as to the outcome. There is no one who shall remain lost, and no one shall choose the direction of the human experience alone. Your time of allowing the many to manifest the life experience of the whole is coming to fruition. It is the many, the collective who have now chosen the path of Divine Love. The sooner you accept your own heart, your own love, the sooner you shall see a clear path to your happiness.

What is the purpose of holding on to the old ideas of another, when all along you knew within you the direction you would choose? Guilt has been used very well in taking control of the many by the energy of power-over that the few had believed would keep them safe. "Sin" has been used to offer you the opportunity to experience "guilt" and powerlessness for centuries. We say, perhaps you would be willing to put away your toys, and find your hearts and come home to your true beingness.

What can we but offer you, unless you are willing to see the change as the process to assist all to receive of their happiness? Many have known nothing but fear and enslavement, and this day, these energies are being brought back into the heart of your Creator, that they shall once again merge with Divine Love and Compassion. The energies within you that call you to your darkness are simply allowing your consciousness to become aware that they exist outside and within you. Thus your darkness now must be honored, and loved, and brought back into the heart of the One. The unconditional love of your Creator is like the flame of the phoenix. Thus shall the many be reborn into the highest light of their Souls energy, and once again, Peace shall reside in the creation of your life experience upon this new Earth.

What if I told you, all of you, that this "new Earth" is already upon you? That in the truth of your spirit, you know this. It takes time to let go of the old paradigm of thought, the running to and fro for the opportunity of more! Yet, as your days progress toward the day of the opening of the new "Gate of Paradise", you shall see the golden light descend upon the Earth from the celestial beings above... moving this through your great Sun... waking every cell... every atom to the highest command of the Creator of all that is... the command of the "Awakened Soul...living in form as Love."

Where shall you go? What time shall you prefer? It is, in all truth, your choice as to when and where. It is within you to be the Love you are. It is within you to honor your life, and the life of all that exists with you and around you. It is within you to know the truth of Love and Compassion and to choose from this most sacred place within you! And yet, still, you shall have the free-will to choose the direction you take.
We have given many talks on this idea of love and compassion, in many different ways and formulas. We have sent many Ascended Masters and Councils of Light and Angelic beings to lift you up and awaken you to the truth of who you are. And now we ask that you give yourself opportunity to take this information, not as information for the mind, or more tools to place in your spiritual bags... but to live your own truth from the concepts of love that you know are your own. We give only the opportunity to awaken your consciousness to ask the questions: Who are you really? What kind of life do you want? How can you make a difference from your own inner gift of divine love? These questions perhaps have yet to come to the many, but we see the light breaking through... and so be awake... patience is still needed... for the many shall awaken more quickly than you believe...and they shall be hungry for knowledge. Yet, we tell you too, that knowledge without action, without heart immersion cannot bring light to the consciousness of humanity. The time and the way of teaching must now move up into it's most highest and brilliant alignment yet. Teachers and healers must have already been given the message of this great shift in the work to be done. What I would suggest is that you place your tool box down, and pickup the new tools of energy offered by your guidance... and see that this "game of upliftment" has now changed. And the needs have now changed. If you will sit with this knowing in your heart, and allow the new structures to be brought forward... you shall see that you are needed more than ever before! This is not the time to give up beloved lightworkers!

Now we speak to our beings of great light upon dear Mother Earth. Those of you who have walked the planet many times, coming back now to assist with this final lift off... you have done well! We honor your work and your great patience in a time that has been somewhat difficult. Yet, know that you have all come forth with great awareness and great healing, so much so that your work before this time... has indeed allowed for the opportunity of this great shift in consciousness! You have come through with flying colors, and know that we are so proud of all of you and the work you have done! But, again, this is not the time to give up. It is the time to allow the new guidance, the new healing methods and the new ways of creating that which aligns all beings with the unconditional love of their Creator. No one need suffer any longer. And as you hold the vision of the beautiful Paradise Garden of the Earth... so too shall many seed back to this planet, the Earth of the Great Golden Age of Peace and Divine Love! You too shall each choose.

Shall you hold to your belief of what it was, or let go and allow the new to teach you of whom you are now? Experience within you the golden light of enlightenment, sit with the golden light flowing through to you in your meditations, and see this move through from your crown all the way through to your toes and then expand this ball out into the entire Earth. The golden light meditation is not of the old ways, it is of the times of allowing the celestials to bring forth the energy from the bridges now active through the Central Sun... flowing across and through your great Sun... and infusing your beloved Earth and all beings upon her with this most abundant energy of wholeness and Divine Love! You are the creators who started and held the energy of Divine Love in the very grid lines of your planet. You asked for the masters to come and teach you of their ways. And now, they have a request of you, our dear Light workers... it is time for you to bring the master you are into the planet Earth and BE the master! For they have always been... and ever shall be... You!

Today, we give you your graduation papers. Today, we offer you the opportunity to BE the choosers and to align those choices with the Great Father, Mother God of All That Is... as your inner truth knows. BE the one you have always looked up too! Search no longer for your guide... you ARE the guide of your journey! I and the Father are One...and we shall always be with you!

Farmers of Paradise ~ Manifesting Our Dreams

A wonderful gift from the Oracles of Machu Picchu.

During the 2008 Global Solar Wave (13:30 LST)

My 14th trip to Peru, did not disappoint me . . . but it did surprise me. While visiting the ancient city of Machu Picchu, I began to receive a message from an entirely different source. I was used to hearing Lord Meru and the Brotherhood of the Seven Rays, and the Lumerians inside the golden cities which are inside the sacred mountains (the Apus). But these voices were new to me, and yet strangely familiar. Our group was visiting one of the buildings that houses two side-by-side, round, bowl-shaped altars at the center of the temple. It has always been one of my favorite spots in the city. Directly behind the altar is my favorite mountain, Apu Putukisi. It was from inside this mountain that I began to hear the message from the Oracles of Machu Picchu.

The Oracles shared a bit of their history . . . When Machu Picchu was abandoned at the fall of the Lumerian era, the Oracles retreated into the inner-dimensional city inside Apu Putukisi. They said they had set the stage, or a path for us to follow, but this path had taken us as far as it can. The Machu Picchu Oracles said that for us to realize the shift of the ages, we need to continue further down this path, but on our own . . . guided by our heart vision. They said that we have surpassed them spiritually, and the Earth has evolved tremendously since they lived in this dimension. They encourage us to continue moving forward, one patient step at a time, and to always trust our hearts. The Oracles help hold the foundation for us to do this, but they remind us that it is only a foundation. This foundation helps us understand the past and will help us see the direction that we need to take now. They encourage us to move beyond the ways of the past, and to not hold back our truth and light anymore. Their message ended and we went on with our day.

The following day (3/22/2008) was the Global 24-Hour Equinox Solar Wave Ceremony (read more about the Solar Wave at http://www.kachina.net/~alunajoy/solarwave2008.html ), where we were to participate inside Machu Picchu. As we began our ceremony, I began to feel the Machu Picchu Oracles once again. They said they were going to assist us in sending out our heart's prayers across the globe. They also said that they would help add our group energy to the building energy of the Solar Wave that began many, many hours ago in the east. We also felt the presence of Lord Meru, the Brotherhood of the 7 Rays, Jeshua, Archangel Michael.

At this time, I took a moment to explain to the Masters and the Oracles what we hoped to accomplish with the ceremony. I explained to them that we have encouraged all the light workers across the planet to join together at a particularly powerful time (13:30 local sidereal time on Equinox) to send our positive energy into the collective consciousness, to create a wave across the planet, which would initiate change and bring about harmony, balance, peace, integrity and limitlessness.

It was at this time that the Machu Picchu Oracles showed us how they send visions across the world. They do not think with words like we do. They send out powerful visions with images and positive feelings. It is very similar to the way the aborigines use the song lines to send messages. So they began to teach us to do the same.

The Machu Picchu Oracles wanted us to imagine a beautiful image of what we would consider paradise. Examples of paradise might be imagining a perfect mountain, a pristine beach, an idealistic community, etc…. They suggested envisioning anything that comes to mind that our hearts would understand to be paradise. The Oracles also said that this will be easy for us to imagine, because our group was already in paradise . . . we were standing in the middle of Machu Picchu! Once we had anchored the vision in our minds, then the Oracles asked us to add the energy of our vision into our open hearts. This is the 13 inch journey from our the heads to our hearts.

Then the Oracles asked us to put all our visions, charged with the energy of love from our hearts, into the center of our groups circle. The Oracles created a vehicle that looked like a super powered crystal with a point at the top that projected out. As our visions entered this crystal rocket ship, I began to see each individual vision. It became like a beautiful matrix of light. The Machu Picchu Oracles went on to say that every person has a different vision of paradise. But when you pool them all together, it makes a beautiful, cohesive fabric in which all cultures, religions and dimensions are bridged and brought back to peace and harmony. The Oracles said that this matrix would also help us to strengthen the links to other cities of light across the globe. As we did this, the Oracles began to pool our visions together so they could merge with the building solar wave in the collective consciousness.

Machu Picchu is one of many places on Earth where the frequency of paradise still exists. This is one of the reasons why the Machu Picchu Oracles picked this place to live . . . because it is so idealistic. It was, and still is, a perfect place for their group to anchor the vision and the path that we are on today. Anyone traveling to Machu Picchu understands what a beautiful and harmonious place it is.

When the Oracles lived in Machu Picchu, surrounded in this harmony, they were able to maintain their light bodies. Their main work was to seed the rest of the world with the energy of paradise. They said that there are little seeds of the energy of Machu Picchu all over the world. The Oracles said that this is what global light workers were doing with the Solar Wave. Everyone sent out seeds of light across the planet. Tens of thousands across the planet participated in this matrix of light. People all over the world projected their idealistic vision of paradise into the Solar Wave.

The Oracles taught us a bit more about projecting positive vision. They said that LOVE is the most potent energy source to project out our feelings. The second one after that would be gratefulness and appreciation. When we add love to our vision, we can project it out anywhere in the world. This is what I might call making a psychic phone call, but the Oracles say this is much more powerful. When we put our love and our hearts into our vision, it can get past any boundary including any resistances and limitations. Love is unstoppable . . . love is limitless.

The Oracles continued… They asked us take a real deep breath and pull in the energy of the Earth up into our hearts. As we exhaled, we were asked to lock this Earth energy into our hearts. Then we were asked to take another real deep breath, but this time we were to pull the energy down from the cosmos through the top of our heads and down into our hearts. With another exhale, we were asked to lock all of this energy of the cosmos into our hearts. This built a cosmic umbilical cord between earth and sky.

Then they asked us to imagine that there was a little thread between our hearts and our vision that we put in the center of the circle. This little thread is like an electrical extension chord between the supercharged power in our hearts that we created from the earth and the cosmos. This electrical chord is plugged into the vision that we are going to send out into the world. They asked us to take another deep breath, and when we exhaled, we put our heart energy into the chord coming out of our hearts into the vision in the center of the circle. When we did this, the Oracles began to send our vision out to all parts of the world. I could see that each vision had an I.D. tag on it that said where it is going. The Oracles said that we did not decide where those visions were going, but they helped us out with that. What the Oracles did was match up our vision of paradise with people all over the planet that had the same kind of vision. By doing this, it would empower the vision and make it nearly effortless to create and manifest our dreams.

So you see, the Oracles did not just spend their time simply seeing or watching; they spent a lot of time in Machu Picchu projecting visions out into the world to make the planet a fertile environment that could . . . and will . . . evolve back into paradise. The Oracles continued by saying that they are using our heart energy and our vision to continue to do this, but at a much higher frequency and with much more light.

At the time of the Global Solar Wave, the Oracles saw uncountable, beautiful, positive visions floating around all over the planet. These are the visions of other groups in other areas of the planet that worked with the Solar Wave. All these visions of paradise had been projected into the collective consciousness, but they were not going anywhere. So what they did next was to go out and locate visions that match our group's visions and link them to us, and vice a versa. This way all of our visions are empowered exponentially, so we can manifest our collective paradise. The Oracles shared that what we have been doing with this Solar Wave every year is very much like what they did in Machu Picchu long ago. The Oracles would send visions out to groups in other parts of the world, in other cities of light, and then those people would send visions back. And visions could be for anything. They could be for information like "How are you doing over there?" to healing energy, or to create energy if you needed to manifest.

Then the Oracles began doing a lot of things that I find difficult to explain. If only I could videotape my brain! It looked like they were collecting all the visions in a butterfly net. They scooped up all the visions and empowered them. I got a sense that they were putting some of the visions in a type of a generator, because some of the visions are so grand and so vast that the world was not quite ready for them yet. Yes . . . there are some pretty profound visionaries out in the world today! The Oracles said that they would store these visions, and as soon as they match a frequency somewhere on the Earth, they would release the visions. They did not want these powerful visions to get lost. They would store the visions in the mountain behind me, my favorite sacred mountain, Apu Putikisi.

I think one of the reasons that we come back to Machu Picchu over and over is because we can collect little visions and inoculations of paradise, and we then we take them back into the world. So our groups are like visionary farmers of paradise. We come to sacred sites, we collect the seeds, and then we take them back home and plant them in our homelands. But I was also shown that groups all over the world were doing the same thing . . . not just here in Machu Picchu. So the Oracles helped us with our visions collected from the Solar Wave ceremonies that took place all across the planet, and helped us plant these seeds. The Oracles are always looking for the most fertile energy field for their visionary garden.

The Oracles continued to work with our group. They began to tie little threads coming from the center of this mountain (Apu Putikisi) to our group's heart. But before they did, they asked permission for them to do this. This is a really good point to make here, because no Ascended Master of Light, or advanced being, will NEVER do anything to anyone without receiving permission first. Nothing will be done against your will by an awakened being. Also . . . they will never tell you what to do. If they do, they hamper our ability to become masters ourselves.

The Oracles said they were helping us with this because they knew that we wanted to stay connected to the storehouse that holds all the visions of paradise. They said that this little thread from the mountain is like a super stretchy, extension chord. It does not matter where we go. It will not break. They were going to put a thread right into each of our group's heart. This way we will be able to access the storehouse of paradise wherever we go in the world. We will be spreading seeds of paradise all over the world. But I could see that it went beyond just our group. Anyone that travels through this site, and other sacred sites like it, who have a heart that desires to create paradise on Earth, and wishes to advance their inner mastery and evolve themselves, they were going to have the opportunity of being connected in this way. Each person will feel a shift, and when they walk out of Machu Picchu, they will know that they have changed. They will take that seed of light out into the world with them.

As I was speaking to the Oracles, I asked them, "This is sort of unfair because so many people cannot come to Machu Picchu. So what do we do about all the other people in the world that want to be visionary farmers for paradise?" The Oracles began conversing about what they could do about this problem. At this point of our ceremony, it became clear that it was not just about our group anymore. I do not think it ever was. I am a true believer in "In Lak'esh Ala Kin" . . . What we do is connected to everything and everyone. Our little gathering evolved into something that every heart on the planet could benefit from.

The Oracles came up with a plan. They showed me that they have helpers . . . beings that they call angels, but they looked more like condors to me. You might say they resemble the mythical stork that takes babies to new parents. These winged beings have helped the Oracles send the visions all across the planet for eons. These condor-like angels were taking huge clusters of these heart strings out into the world. Their job was to offer these visionary heart strings to like-minded people around the earth. Remember . . . these strings tie the receiver to the storehouse of positive visions that was collected during the Solar Wave inside the sacred mountain, Apu Putukisi.

At this point my attention was drawn to the front of Apu Putikisi. The Oracles were doing something right in front of the mountain. It looked like the dimensional door in the front of the mountain was thinning. Because so many people were being plugged into the mountain with these visionary heartstrings, that this action created a thinning of the dimensional doorway in the mountain. When I asked them why the door was thinning, they said that since so many people were being plugged into the mountain, that a bridge was being built between this dimension and the collection vision of paradise. This other dimension is the paradise we envision collectively.

This next dimension is not strange place . . . It is already in us. It will be very familiar to us all. It is a manifestation of all of our hopes and dreams that live in our hearts. It is all the things we wish for, dream about, envision or feel. It is the dimension that we have already created. It is our future. Of course we call it the future, but in their consciousness there is no time . . . it is now. We call it the future, because we are still in linear time. It is not another dimension where we are going to . . . where we will feel out of place and have to start all over. It is some place that is going to feel so familiar and very close to home. You know that empty space inside of us that we keep trying to fill? That is what it is. It is the missing piece. If we did not have that bit of emptiness inside of us, we would have forgotten to look for paradise in the first place. There are so many threads going into the mountain that there is nearly no separation between us and paradise already.

So now the Oracles have some homework for us. The homework is to let go of what we think our life IS . . . and to believe it is what we dream it to be. They want everyone now to fully expect that our lives are going to be different. Expect it. Act if it is already here. They want us to imagine that all the problems and all the issues that we think we have are going to miraculously disappear without any reason. "Poof" . . . just like that. We will not have any evidence of how this happened. It just happens. Miracles . . . Magic… The Oracles invite you to become blind to the way your life was, and to assume that the higher vision is going to manifest in the next day, hour, minute, second . . . . Another ability that will show up is that we will simply know what to do immediately. Indecision and procrastination will be a thing of the past. Spirit and an open heart will give us the answers we need instantaneously. It ready does! It is the mind that is clunky, slow, and filled with doubt. It will be so easy to let go of the things that we know no longer serve us when we operate from the heart. It will be effortless.

You can count on it. Things are changing. The issues you think your life has now may vanish, and something better will show up to take its place. Change is happening in everywhere, in everything you could possibly imagine and from every direction. By year's end, everyone will feel the subtle shifts in the collective consciousness toward a positive outlook and living impeccably. Hope, courage and personal power are returning quickly. You will remember that the collective masses are back in charge not the elite few. It was an illusion that we have busted through.

So just imagine from this point on that life is going to change in a positive, abundant and healthy way, because all of us have taken a step closer to paradise. The Oracles strongly state here… that the only block we have manifesting paradise is that we did not believe it is real. This is the only thing stopping us from living in paradise right now, our doubt. We forgot to believe that our dreams are REAL, and that they have been manifesting all around us. The Oracles said that they have been storing the vision of paradise for us until we realize that it is actually a reality; not fantasy. Remember your dreams of paradise need your energy for them to find you! Remember like frequency, attracts like frequency!

The Oracles would like to give some assistance to helping everyone let go of the past. At this point, it is only a mechanical mindset anyway. We have done most of the hard work already. It really has nothing to do with the material world at all. It is things that go on in our minds. So every time that your mind goes into those negative ideas and feelings that are simply mechanistic, they will keep erasing them for you. They have giant erasers. Archangel Michael showed up, and he loves those big pink erasers. He has a great sense of humor. Archangel Michael is going to help the Oracles of Machu Picchu erase all your negatives. Every time something negative slips in, you are going to just feel it go away. They are going to do this to everybody else that is also plugged into the mountain.

Now this is the really exciting part discovered during the ceremony. The Oracles told us that the material world is not forced, but bound to manifest the reality that you hold in your heart. It absolutely has to. They are saying that there is no way that the world can be the way it is without you saying that it was OK to be that way. When we let go of the problems of the world we recognize that vision of paradise inside of our hearts. We remember the collective vision of paradise is a real and tangible consciousness that we can tap into. When we believe this and we start acting as if it is so, the universe has to manifest that for us! It has to! Live could morph right out in front of you. It changes because we, beautiful pieces of God, are the creators, and the universe is here to help fulfill our vision. And a nice end note that the Oracles sent . . . this is so because every open hearted soul on Earth came from the stars, and we all brought this vision here.

As of January 2009, Whispers of Spirit will be an ONLINE ONLY metaphysical magazine!

We are THRILLED about this new change, and we feel this is a great step forward for Whispers of Spirit. It was not an easy decision because we know so many of you love the printed format, but intuitively it feels like the right time to move even more into the world wide web to grow worldwide and to allow us to utilize new media venues such as video and networking.

The publication is STAYING THE SAME, just moving to ONLINE only as a magazine.
